Zen Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi

Our family had dinner here tonight. We enjoyed it so much. The chef was very entertaining, and our waitress was checking on us continually. The food was delicious.

Food is always great! Service speed can vary based on time of day and crowds. Sometimes if we are not wanting to spend so much time we will just eat at a table instead of a grill.

One of a few bright spots in this small town. Food was very good and flavorful. Service friendly. The decor is very old. I would go as far as to say the place needs a makeover. I was not the only one that needed a flashlight to read the menu. The Men's restroom is disgusting.

Walked in just before noon on a Friday. Only 2 of us. Hardly no one in the place. She asked us to have a seat in the waiting area, 15 minutes later, still sitting there. If you don’t need the business just let us know when we walk in and we can eat somewhere else.

Food was bland we sat over the vents that kept dripping oil and black crust in our plates. The dark lighting should have been a red flag. Food was bland and the yum yum tasted weird. Places needs to be deep cleaned floors sticky. Waiter and cook was nice but food and the place is a no for me.

Restaurant was nice. Waitress was nice. The food was 100000% old. Sour yum yum sauce. Tasted more like vinegar than anything. Bill was $50. Paid and just left. Never will return. This was the worst hibachi experience I’ve had. The rice was no good. The steak and chicken tasted old. The sauce was unlike nothing I’ve ever tasted. Never been so happy to go to McDonald’s.. I woulda complained and asked for my money back. Didn’t touch the food. Took it to go and fed it to my dogs. Just not the one to complain or ever leave reviews. But this one just had to happen.

The hibachi experience was fun and earned it a four-star rating, though overall it feels like your typical Japanese steakhouse.

Our waitress was good. No complaints on that end. The food wasn't worth eating and wish I hadn't paid what I did for it. My date hardly touched hers either. They keep it fairly cool in there as well. When it's below 30 outside you prefer to eat nose and cozy.. I'm guess they do that on purpose to clear seats faster... Will never go back

This is a nice, cozy restaurant that sits behind the hotel on Watson Blvd. The food was delicious.

This place has really gone down hill. The food is mid and the place is disgusting. Everything is dirty and caked with filth. Prices are high, even for children. This place used to be the spot but not anymore, I’ll pass!!

The hibachi chef forgot to cook the vegetables until the end. They were very undercooked. I think they made me and my son sick

Ordered sushi, Gyoku, and chicken and steak hibachi. Everything came out great!
