We had a reservation for 6:30 at the hibachi table for my sons birthday. Booked the day before. We arrived promptly at 6:30. Only to find out they gave our reservation to someone else just minutes before we arrived. They did not even wait, they just seated the next people who came in. No phone call, no text message, no notification. They disregarded the reservation entierly. When asked why, the owner just shrugged at us. Telling us they only had two chefs working at the time....
It was an amazing experience and I will definitely be returning in the future. The food was phenomenal and the service and presentation spectacular . Continued success.
