My overall experience of going to this location for 8 years. It is hit or miss. The staff have a hard time hearing orders, sometimes the food has hair in it, the spaces are cramped during rushes, and sometimes you are overcharged. I just paid $28 for 2 steak nachos. Did not receive a receipt because I paid in cash. I feel like I am being slightly generous with my star rating, but the food does taste good every time. And a few times Ive gone, the employees have been very kind and...
They were nice but they didn't put chicken on my husband's burrito even though he said he wanted it on there. And they were so messy with making the burritos that we had all kinds of other stuff in the cheese that we definitely didn't want in there. We literally had to deconstruct the food to get stuff out of it. It was a hot mess.
