The bread is fresh, the pork is seasoned perfectly and the Cafe con Leche is perfect (not a latte, not a cappuccino-real Cuban coffee!). I’m sorry I didn’t visit sooner and get their Cuban dinners. They will cater tho and I will plan on it.“

“My experience with The Kake Tree was A1. OMG I ordered a Elsa (Frozen) birthday sheet cake for my grand baby 4th birthday. The cake was drop dead gorgeous. Very well detailed & it tasted? just as good? as it looked. Very professional & responsed back to me in a timely manner. “So far so good. The store is clean and well organized. Those who have complained obviously haven't been to the surrounding, crime ridden locations (Brunswick). The employees were hard at work organizing and returning items to shelves. No lie, even the transient locals were really nice. As always, Walmart Pay is questionable but the assistant at self-checkout was so sweet. She said if you turn of store wifi, the Walmart Pay is faster. We recently moved to Waycross and we are definitely pleased with our new Walmart.“
“The review about the person helping them or not helping them access their points to get gas. That's such a weird review. You follow the dang screen. It's extremely intuitive, and my 86 year old mom knows how to do it. Geez...I've worked around highly educated people in the healthcare field my whole life. “My husband was the one that saw Holt's. He thought the sign said Hot so I had some trouble on Yelp. I found it under donuts and for good cause. The donuts are AMAZING!! I don't say this lightly but, their donuts are the best I have ever had. Every part of them tastes truly homemade. Glaze, donut and fillings were proportionate to each other. The selection was enough for everyone to find something they would like. And $17-18 for a dozen!! The staff were all friendly, helpful and engaging. We enjoyed taking to all of them. While we looked around, multiple patrons got their items and seemed pleased. Cakes, cookies and other such selections were all over the store. We went back on 1/30 and same friendly service. The lemon stick was like a donut hot dog and so good. Overall a great place that is easy to get to, has a drive thru and plenty of parking. We are going to be regular customers here.“
