The food was OK. The service was decent. I will say that they were kind, which is a plus. The Hwy 55 soccer is rather bland, just get ketchup.

We in at the end of lunch. Not busy, and tables weren't all clean. 2 of us at the Cheesesteak, 1 had a cheeseburger kids me, and 1 had a grilled cheese meal. Food came pretty fast and was hot. Some fries were a little hard, but most everything was good.
Our waitress seemed new but she was super nice. She checked with her manager about a question we had. I did inquire about a milkshake flavor I loved from the previous location and never got info if it was still available. Overall I'd give it an 8.5 outta 10!

Only two people out of all employees who acknowledged us were the guy waiter and Aaron(one of the cooks, I believe). We walked in and waited for a good 5 minutes before the waiter saw us because he was busy. The girl just walked around and all over us! The food was decent, for the price, no, but it was decent!

The service at the Waycross HWY 55 was absolutely the best! Jet was our server and he did a wonderful job. The food was served quickly, with a smile and was delicious! I love the onion rings! Stop in for a friendly smile, fast service and delicious food!

Jada, Shi, Ja'niyah and Hailey (manager) were top notch today. They called all the banks in the area to let them know about a 20% off promotion they are having today for businesses. The food and the personalized customer service they provided was amazing. Highly recommend!!!

Stopped by for early dinner around 430.. Noticed only 1 other car which raised a concern.
The waitress was friendly, but came off as nervous,so figured she was new. So we gave her the benefit of the slow service.
The burgers came out and I actually had to trim off the burnt around the edges from an obviously dirty grill.
I overlooked it until my wife slid her fries away, I tried mine. Cooked in the same oil as fish or shrimp or something.
With no customers in the restaurant, I would have atleast expected semi fresh fries and a CLEAN GRILL
The manager wasn't in any hurry to take my money while I somehow remained civil.

Savanna was one of the best waitresses ever! Over the top service! The Shrimp PO-BOY was fantastic. The sauce on it was great. Tator tots were great too! I was in town on business here from Alabama. I will definitely return again when in the area.

My girlfriend and I wanted a burger and fries, so we gave Hwy55 a shot. We are so glad we did! The experience started at the drive thru speaker, where Hailey greeted us with a great presence and attitude. It seems like customer service with a good attitude is all but dead these days, but this wasn’t the case tonight. The food was awesome, but Hailey made it a great experience from start to finish. We will definitely be going back for more delicious burgers!!!

The old location was much better——not only did they change locations they unfortunately made the food worse. Took over 15 minutes for someone to take our order —- we loved the cheesesteaks they used to have… but again those seem to have changed with the new location. Like someone earlier said, it appeared that the “steak” and whatever else they put on it to ruin the taste was put in a blender and puréed before they put it on the soggy bread. The shake was okay but so thick I ate it with my fork—— We won’t be back.

We came to Waycross on 6/21/24. I was shocked that HW55 moved locations and to my surprise, a lot has changed. I was highly disappointed with the new location, the menu, AND THE LOSS OF THE 50's DINER FEEL. The whole point of the previous location was to give the feel of the 50's diner. There is no longer the classic teal and pink, chrome stools, or checker pattern floor. Now, it has the feel of a SONIC mixed with McDonalds. The only positive is they have Pepsi Products.

The food was ok, I had the burger with chilly, It was a complete mess. My wife had the Philly Cheese Steak, and it was not as expected. The Steak was ground up, and tasted a lot like ground beef, rather than steak.
