We used drive thru to pick up dinner in Waycross on 9-18-22 and were pleased with our order. Chicken was hot and juicy. Cole slaw was fresh. Loved that gravy and potatoes were in different bowls because KFC has horrible potatoes but very good gravy. Young lady on headset was rocking the window but her packer was slowing her ticket time. The wait time for KFC is ridiculous. We placed an online order. It said it would take 15 minutes. I know the wait time is usually long, so we waited 30 minutes. Checked the app, it showed it was ready. Got to the store and it wasn't ready. We had to wait another 30 minutes. Just straight ridiculous when you wait that long and they still ain't got your order ready. The lobby was closed. There was literally no one at all in drive thru and it took them 40 minutes to make our food.
