Based on the reviews, Fancy Q | Sushi Bar and Grill in Waycross is a hidden gem. The sushi, Hibachi, and Teriyaki Chicken are amazing. Specific meals praised include the WAYCROSS ROLL, the hwy 17 roll, the chicken hibachi, Eddie's special, and the chicken & steak hibachi with steamed rice. The food is always delicious, fantastic, and very good. The staff is super kind, very friendly, and prompt. The service is quick, and the restaurant is clean. The atmosphere is very nice. While the outside is lacking and the bathrooms are kinda on the low end, once inside it is great. Customers eat there so much that the staff immediately puts their order in. This place is a must try.
