There is almost always a wait even if no one is in the drive thru. Food is typically right but if not it's a hassle to get fixed. The people or usually nice an friendly, clean establishment when I go in.Vegetarian options: They have non meat items but not many but they should be able to accommodate if u don't want meat on something.Parking: Plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Handicap spaces along with a slight ramp.

Food was nice and hot. I ordered online went through drive thru. There was no wait and the food was ready right when I got to the window.
Floor is slippery, but employees are cool. Spacious to dine in, and they have taco bell as well.

I think this photo will say all that needs to be said.I will add that the employees were friendly and the food came fast. I am too unimpressed with the portion though to give it more than the 1/5.Also, it looks like they used to have the buffet and took it away which is an ultimate KFC sin in my book.

Ordered 8 pc bucket crispy chicken not petrified, with green beans and Mac n cheese as sides. Green beans was best part of the meal. Mac n cheese was creamy but lacked flavor. I threw three pieces of chicken away, inedible. Drive thru employee was a pleasure to serve me.

I ordered a 8 pc meal which is suppose to have 2- breast, 2-thighs, 2- legs & 2- wings I got 4- small wings 1 breast 1 thigh 2 legs got me once but want get me again poor service.

The Worst- Stopped in at the KFC in Waynesboro Ga at approx. 2pm Yesterday 8/14/22 towing a duel trailer with jet skis. went through the drive through and ordered Mashed Potato bowl - 3 piece chicken tender, Large Mountain Dew and small Sweet tea- Paid over $16 - got the food and proceeded on my trip. approx. 10 miles away realized what we got in the Bag was not what was ordered. Received a Mashed Potato bowl- a Mac and Cheese Bowl - a Bowl of Corn and Box of Biscuits, and No straws or napkins.. Too late to turn around especially with towing a trailer. I Doubt I will Ever eat at that place again and Yes I travel through there to go to Augusta. If it would allow less than 1 star Id give it as a rating,
