The past couple times I've got food there the fries were over cooked and hard , the sandwich I just got tonight, the bread was stale and the chicken was dry
These people are rude and they don't even acknowledge that I was standing there waiting so I walked out our restaurant industry sucks.
They were out of hot sauce when I went through..... what kind of chicken place runs out of hot sauce?? 😭 My bowl was 95% mashed potatoes with 3 big gross chunks of chicken thrown on top. I hate the big, ribby pieces 😒

KFC offers a typically right food but may face a wait, with friendly service and a clean establishment. They have limited vegetarian options but can accommodate. Plenty of parking and wheelchair accessibility are available. The hot chicken and fries are highlights, with mistakes promptly corrected. Exceptional customer service, especially from Natoya Jones, makes the experience pleasant and satisfying.
