As I sit here awaiting my order to be remade as it was left stacked in the oven I figured I would write a review. Two employees are just sitting down not doing nothing but being loud with what I assume is their kids, the other two young employees are trying to run the register, make the pizzas, clean, and run the oven. As a former pizza employee myself, the owner needs to get a manager that is actually going to run your restaurant properly. I will say this is the only Pizza Hut that I don’t get sick at, so you have that going for you.

When entering the restaurant I didn't get the welcome feeling. Yes there were employees there but one in particular was on their cellphone and couldn't decide whether or not they wanted to continue with their conversation or to come ring up my order. She did, but also continued to have her cell phone at her ear. She was nice, but I was not a priority. I did hear some profanity from it's the back of the house but it wasn't anything from a violent conversation. At my time of checkout, the manager that's very nice and attentive although he was multitasking, he did take the time to have a brief conversation with me and I appreciated it. That being said, the food was great.

I need to talk to a manager privately. I come in on average about twice a month and order pizza to go. I have had a troubling experience two of my last four times. How can I meet with a manager in private? Thank you for any help in this. I’m speaking about the Waynesboro ga. Location.
Only one person in the front & 2 in the back actually working. It’s a line of customers and the other 4 employees are just playing around. I’ve been waiting on someone to pass my box of food for 15 mins, while the only guy up front is on the phone

The appearance of the store was drab and dreary when entering. The majority of employees working at the time were not groomed and dressed sloppy for the work environment. Additionally one employee scratched his back and then proceeded to continue with food prep. As I saw our order from beginning to end, I took our order but noted I would NEVER visit this location AGAIN. A note to the owner of this establishment. There seems to be no pride taking into working at this location. As to the food itself, the two orders of pizza were subpar Date and time of visit 4/11/25 at 8:49PM
