I placed an order on line.I went to Pizza Hut in Waynesboro ,Ga to pick up an order I get there they say it’s not ready so after about 25 I asked how much longer it coming out now. So it comes up. Oh wait your wings aren’t ready. It took another 25 minutes for wings .This is totally ridiculous.Management needs to get this place in order.This isn’t the first time we have had problems with the orders not being made in a timely manner. This isn’t very good customer service.
Extremely poor customer service. Watching seated customers get refills while I’m waiting on my drink and silverware…. ??

Drink machine was near empty. I asked for drinks and was brought warm 20 oz. ones. A plus was that the staff did offer to give me ice but warm 20oz drink in ice isnt that good. The drink cooler was not filled while I was there. You would think if there is a problem that it would be immediately addressed but it was not. It was not busy at the time. There are people, assuming relatives with competing restaurant shirts on housed at the nearest tables near the machine. It felt like this was not a business

Cory the manager is an excellent one. He takes pride in his staff, he has excellent follow through, which keeps us coming back for more. Friendly employees that greet you with a warm smile, bonus! The pizza's are delicious.
The pizza and breadsticks were a little overcooked. The dough was hard to chew!!
