Made me wait 45 minutes for my food because they kept having to “remake” it. A party of 12 came in after me and got their food before me. I only ordered a max of 5 things for me and my partner and it took them 45 minutes. Near the end i asked the update on the food and the manager asked me asked me for the receipt but i didn’t have it cause a worker needed it to remake the food and they said they couldn’t do anything for me since i didn’t have it.

Bad customer service. Wasn’t greeted by the person at the register and they gave me short rude responses when ordering. Rude workers. The workers were chatting and standing around. The soda machine was not cleaned out correctly. I tasted cleaner in my drink. I worked food service in the past this was not acceptable.

Second time I tried this place, my husband got KFC and I got Taco Bell. The quesadilla was cold and cheese not melted and nacho fries tasted old and nasty( I’m not a picky person by any means but it tasted like foot) the lady was rushing us and no one was even behind us so it wasn’t very welcoming. They just need to shut down the taco bell and stick to KFC cause this was the second and last chance I give this place.

At 5:45 PM yesterday we placed an order for crispy Chicken and was told it would be at least 45 minutes because they didn't have a cook. Not really sure how to rate them properly but was very disappointed.

I got the chicken dinner. Wow, was one of the worse I've ever had. That says allot. Was cold and stale. Half the meat was gone on the leg, the other half wad sitting there all day it tasted like. All, day. Horrible place to get chicken.

Every time I go here and order anything from the taco bell part it's always wrong. The last time I went the potatoes were cold and hard and this time I go I asked for 3 plain soft tacos and they have everything on them. It's getting to the point it's ridiculous

Hello ! I gone there today and I ordered 2 veggie bowl , 1 nacho bell grande;1 cheese quesdilla , 1 blk bean crunchwrap supreme 1 blk bean chalupa. But the cashier who's name is tierra got wrong order and when she gave me bill at that time I told her that this wrong and I showed her my tacobell cart with same items but she didn't did any thing and gave me , crunchwrap supreme , 2 nacho bellgrande , cheese quesdilla , 1 chalupa . I don't know who gave her this job. Please do something about it

They don't listen when you tell them what you want... They just hit buttons and hope you don't notice even when other employees call them out over the drive thru speaker
