I hit the drive-thru. Child at the window was WAY more interested in flirting with the other male staff member than my order. Didnt get a fork with my fiesta potatoes. Didn't get a straw with my drink. She gave me UNSWEET tea when I asked for SWEET TEA. I had to repeat myself at the speaker like 3 times. Save your customers, lose the Laze-about. When I went inside to get my straw, this beautiful sweet considerate young woman, about 4'10 was very attentive to what I needed and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with TacoBell/KFC. That woman needs a raise! Food was hot and fresh.

Flys everywhere. Customer service is severely lacking. The people working have a lack of care. Throwing food into bags not wrapping them completely. Unprofessional and under trained staff. The cashier was not trained on the menu and looked very confused when asking for things. Never gave a receipt and never handed drink cups. Would not recommend and will never return to this location due to the neglect that this place has.
Kid-friendliness: High chairs are sticky and nasty.

They know my name here. They know my order. They have always been an exceptionally adequate staff. The food takes time usually, but I'm a restaurant serving such a broad menu, that's to be expected. My food has never come cold, except one time. Best fast food in town

Literally sooo raunchy. We were missing half of our food after being cut off 3, 4, 5 times at the speaker trying to make sure she heard us the right time. When we came back, she said “are you even sure you’re missing the food? They said it’s in the bag” while digging all in her head like she had lice. We came on 6/20 at 9:00pm. Why would I make the effort to come back if I wasn’t missing the food? She smacked her teeth and huffed about us coming back to begin with. We were the only car in line and when I said my taco supremes weren’t supreme, she gave me a cup of sour cream, no tomatoes, and said “well we’re really busy so” and walked away. Such a disgusting place. I’d rather starve than come back here.
Came in and requested a cantina bowl with no cheese or sour cream, extra pico (e.g. Al Fresca) bowl comes out a hot mess with nothing changed except they decided to throw the stuff I didn't want on the bottom. Food was barely luke warm and the ingredients were smeared all over the packaging.

Forgot a whole meal in my order. A Young male employee complained loudly as I pulled up because he had to go inside to do his jobs. The manager is rude and unprofessional. The only good experience was the sweet young lady working the headphone for the drive thru.
