To my dieing day I will never eat here again. They got my order wrong then my fries were old and cold so I took them back They had to cook more. Then I went back to the table to eat and the burger was the worst the bread was stale the meat looked like it had been on the floor for a week dry and paper thin and dry. And the people had the worst attitude of any place I've ever been to.

Worst Wendy’s ever!! The manager there also sucks ! I waited 25 minutes for my food only one in line 🤷♀️. Also food was not correct after two attempts asked for money back then the manager says they didn’t do refund! I recommend no one goes here ! They need to do something quickly about this company in employee behavior because it’s giving Wendy’s a terrible experience and customer care! This will make you not wanna go to another Wendy’s!!! This store seriously needs to be closed!

BEWARE This Wendy's has the highest prices. Look at the receipts. A Biggie Bag in Kentucky was $5 with small fries and small drink. In Waynesboro it cost $1.80 more because they automatically upgrade you to Medium Fries and Medium Drink. There is no option for small Fries and small Drink. The exact same order cost $3.96 MORE in Waynesboro !!!

This has got to be the worst Wendy's i have ever been to, and we travel for work. That being said employees are rude restaurant is dirty floor slippery employees sleeping in booth one playing on his phone in drive thru while a line of cars are waiting flirting with the other employee in the drive thru .. management really needs to get this restaurant under control

Food tatsed okay but they had no napkins, lids or straws available they had to be asked for & the lady acted annoyed she was being asked for a spoon. Only 3 flavors of drink left when theyre shouldve been at least 15 different varieties to pick from. & No crackers for chilli. Just a disappointing experience.

After waiting 20 minutes, what I received was essentially raw chicken on a bun. It looked breaded, but the inside was completely uncooked, more like chicken tartare than a sandwich. This isn’t just disappointing, it’s a major food safety issue.
Every time I have try to go to get food from this location I have been working overnight and have been here 3 times in the past 2 weeks and every time is the System is down always around midnight. I understand that systems go down I can at least say hey can you give me a minute? Let me see if the system boots back up they just dismissed me and like they don’t want to fix food

Worst wendys I've ever visited. Only four people ahead in line still took 15 minutes to order and waited forever. So many people bringing food back that was wrong. Very hot inside restaurant. Cheeseburger was sloppy . Fountain drinks tasted horrible and dining room was dirty.
