Waited over 16 mins for my mobile order… I just pulled off with no food and decided I’ll rather dispute charge. This location service is slow wouldn’t recommend unless you got 30 mins to spare to get your order.
Not as good as normal.
No paper towels in the men's room
Floors are slippery greasy and not clean .
Got a grilled chicken wrap and the wrap was so dry I just wound up eating the inside condiments
Tea was not very sweet. Potato was ok

Late afternoon, the moment we walked in to order large Frostys, we were given bad news. There was no in-house service because there was no cashier. Apparently, the individual left and did not come back. We were told that the drive-through window was the only service available.
Sat in drive through line in excess of 15 minutes, finished drink, and still waiting on food. About to be 20 minutes…
Great food. Some good employees some bad like everywhere.

Was asked to pull forward to wait for my meal. Took 14 mins to bring out a nugget meal and a kids chz burger meal, both with cold fries. Did not have sauce in the bag with my nuggets, asked the lady to bring me some, then I didn’t receive my receipt. Penny then proceeded to tell me, “well you didn’t ask for one”. The manager has to print it out. I wanted my receipt, so she rolled her eyes and brought me one out another 5 mins later. Yall need to get better.

The food was great. It took three tries to get the order placed correctly. I can't understand why I wasn't given any napkins with my drive-through order.

Where’s The FISH !!!
They have this big beautiful picture of what looks like a fantastic fish sandwich. It looks like a true competitor with Arby’s amazing fish sandwich. But it arrived over cooked and extra thin . As you can see in the photo, the breading was thicker than the actual filet. So this was basically fish flavored bread
So again…… WHERE’s THE FISH?!?!?

Came to this location to grab lunch on a Saturday at 12:58pm. There is no one in the dining area and not many in the drive-thru. The manager stated it would be a minute because they just opened up the dining area...(On a Saturday at lunchtime??) She asked another employee to help us, and I assumed with her response being "I'm about to go home and I didn't take the sign down." We waited another minute or 2 with no service, then left. I usually enjoy Wendy's, and this location is not all that horrible most days, but on this day, it was not.

The absolute worst Wendys franchise on the planet. Food cold, wrong order, rude staff, just terrible. The franchise owner should be ashamed and i should be ashamed for coming back. I assure you it will not happen again...
