Was asked to pull forward to wait for my meal. Took 14 mins to bring out a nugget meal and a kids chz burger meal, both with cold fries. Did not have sauce in the bag with my nuggets, asked the lady to bring me some, then I didn’t receive my receipt. Penny then proceeded to tell me, “well you didn’t ask for one”. The manager has to print it out. I wanted my receipt, so she rolled her eyes and brought me one out another 5 mins later. Yall need to get better.

Where’s The FISH !!! They have this big beautiful picture of what looks like a fantastic fish sandwich. It looks like a true competitor with Arby’s amazing fish sandwich. But it arrived over cooked and extra thin . As you can see in the photo, the breading was thicker than the actual filet. So this was basically fish flavored bread So again…… WHERE’s THE FISH?!?!?

Came to this location to grab lunch on a Saturday at 12:58pm. There is no one in the dining area and not many in the drive-thru. The manager stated it would be a minute because they just opened up the dining area...(On a Saturday at lunchtime??) She asked another employee to help us, and I assumed with her response being "I'm about to go home and I didn't take the sign down." We waited another minute or 2 with no service, then left. I usually enjoy Wendy's, and this location is not all that horrible most days, but on this day, it was not.

The drive thru took over 20 minutes, I was treating my kiddos to frostys but man was that a long wait with limited staff inside. Tjirs time in a month the drive thru took way too long. This was an off hour, usually 1-3pm I atop in weekdays. A handful of times its been faster in the last 3 months but not by much. I stop in for the 4 for 4 when out & about for convenience and price but it seems to be taking more and more time every visit.
Staff is super friendly though.
Parking: Limited parking - less so with construction right in the same lot.
Got just what we ordered how we wanted it!!! Hot also!!!!

Do not stop at this Wendy's. Understaffed and the staff they do have has an attitude. Disorganized and customers are lined out the door. They do not deserve one star.
