Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Do you know y’all are missing an egg slicer? Your manager at the store knows about it ending up in a salad that doesn’t even contain egg. The only option she gave was to file an incident report. Not to mention, the only “hot” item we got was cold— not hot, not warm, but COLD. I think I would have an easier time finding the lost city of Atlantis than a crispy fry. The fries just had a quick bath in some oil and were plopped right out because they were still white like they look when frozen in the bag and had no crisp to be found whatsoever. Also, the chicken— you know, the thing y’all are known for— was cold and very dry. Enough about the improper cooking temperatures; let’s get back to the fact that a cooking utensil was buried in my salad like someone’s cat in the backyard: shallow and easy to find. I say all of this because I am not the kind of person who posts reviews, but when the manager only offers something that doesn’t even help better my experience in the moment, I think it deserves to be seen and heard. And not just by management, but by the public that the business serves.

The worst Zaxby's around. I could drive to the Augusta Zaxby's and back faster than I can get service and food at this Waynesboro location. Today isn't the only time I've had a long wait, but today I placed my order for in store pick up and it was closed (at 6pm) I placed my order for in store pickup because the drive thru is always so slow. I had to get in line and I've been here 18 minutes and haven't even reached the ordering speaker. Avoid this location at all costs.

Worst Zaxbys experience ever. Slow service at 3pm with an empty restaurant. Received Cole slaw after omitting it from my order. French fries had zero seasoning and my chicken tenders were dipped in the wrong sauce. Avoid this place like the plague!

I went through the drive-thru. I didn't get my full order. I paid for my full order. I didn't realize this until I got home. I called back. They told me that if I would come back they would fix the order. Does Zaxby's is approximately 18 mi from my house. This is not the first time that this has happened.
