Ordered whopper w/cheese. Did not pay attention to what I paid. After an unacceptable 10 minute wait, I was handed a Whopper Jr … I told the man that I didn’t order Jr. He checked and said that’s what I paid for. I won’t be back - I am glad to pay for what I order; I don’t want to wait for anything in a drive-thru much less 10 minutes and I expect good service. They have a lot of room for improvement.
Last 2 visits to this store order was not made correctly and items were missing from the order. I get home and discover this
And I tried calling the store phone number is no longer active. Looked for receipts and there was no receipt. Without the receipt you can’t show exactly what was ordered.
I only ordered a Whopper and Chicken sandwich. I waited for 15 minutes and still had no food. I finally walked out at 20 minutes without my food even though I paid for it. This was the absolute worst experience I had ever had at a BK. The employee clearly do not care about the customers or getting orders out. Also if you worry about Covid don't go to Winder BK. The employees wear mask, but only on their chins not a single one had a mask on property. My suggestion is stay away...read full review
