“We went during the National Championship, it was not busy whatsoever and our server was great about just letting us hang out and watch the game. The food was good and fresh. The mozzarella sticks were not great... Needed to be cooked just a tad longer or maybe brought to the table sooner because they were not melty, but waxy.“

“This was the first time I've eaten at the Winder location. It was clean upon entering the establishment and the staff greeted us as soon as we walked in. We ordered our food, and it came out hot and fresh and was delicious. I would recommend WNB Factory for lunch or dinner. I might go back and eat there today 😅“

“As soon as my Husband walked in, we were greeted-which usually sets the atmosphere when you walk in anywhere. We were acknowledged immediately, even with the drive-thru being busy. The shift manager James Pirkle was there running the front counter and the drive-thru, with a lady in the kitchen dropping food on the line. James had the most genuine disposition, answered all of our questions, and was cheerful, polite, and informative. He explained that my husband's chicken criossan'wich was cook-to-order and would take about 4 minutes. We actually only waited 1 minute because the lady heard our order and dropped the chicken in the fryer. My husband and I travel alot and eat out quite frequently. I have to say, James gave the best service we have had in a very long time- especially in the fast food industry! The service was fast (shout out to the cook! ❤️), the dinning area was clean, and the food was hot & fresh. I had to give a 5-star review.“

“We love the Winder DQ. We went to the buford on at 2295 buford highway it was awful and I asked fir the manager. Apparently it was the owner and he fit nothing. Never came out. The one in winder has always been great. The team their is awesome. We take our kids 1x a month we love it. $7 meals are great“

John prepared the food and even came to the register to tell me which burger was which “so you don’t have to unwrap them”. “I was told to order from WNB and omg I’m so glad I did. Everything was absolutely delicious. The wings.. amazing.. the burgers.. to die for and the fried rice.. better than any Chinese restaurant around. We ordered through instacart and it was ordered and delivered in 30 mins!! Outstanding!! Unfortunately, I don’t remember the associates name but she was working the window on 11/10 around 11:50 a.m. She was extremely pleasant, professional, & provided the best customer service that I have received in a while.
