I have always enjoyed Cast Iron's ice cream and liege waffles. They added in Belgium waffles and those are delicious too. Yesterday I went in and they had dairy free - vegan chocolate ice cream ! ! ! Oh my goodness, it was so good ! ! ! But all their flavors are really good ??❤️ my husband loves the butter rum, coffee and cookies and cream.

Love this place. Went on a busy weekend night with 2 others. Poor girl had 9 people come in behind us; she definitely needed a helper. 10/10 will be back.

Small place on the corner near “downtown” Winder that is quaint, clean and fairly priced. The ice cream was smooth and delicious. My only complaint was that my absolute favorite - peaches and cream - had such a mellow flavor that the peach was overpowered by the cream and it basically tasted like really good vanilla ice cream. The choc was rich and yummy. The chai was a bit overpowering and spicy (to the point my kid got tired of the flavor before finishing his one scoop). The strawberry was great.
They also offer floats, sundaes and have lots of toppings to add. We were served quickly. Staff was friendly. I definitely recommend coming if you find yourself nearby! I am looking forward to coming back to try butter pecan when it is back on the menu!

Best Ice cream ever! I love how they change the flavors as the seasons come and go! They also have the best waffle cones... there really not waffle cones there something else I forgot what they're called but they look like waffle cones & bowls.

Customer service was great. We took a while to order since it was our first time there, but they were very patient and recommended different flavors. I had butter rum and my husband had white chocolate lavender. Both flavors were so delicious with the waffle cones!!!

We love having this cute shop in town! We take friends and family when they visit and everyone always has a positive experience. The flavors are all so good and Chai Tea is our favorite!!!!

I was driving through winder and passed a Shaved Ice place and thought man ice cream sure does sound good right now in this 100 degree heat..I stopped but the place didn't look appealing at all..So I googled "Ice Cream shop in Winder" not expecting any results of course. Sure enough,this place popped up and better yet it was only 1 minutes away from where I was! I couldnt believe it! Now let me tell you..I was greeted immediately upon walking in by the very sweet owner..She told me everything about the menu and what they had. I got a double scoop vanilla in Waffle Bowl..Let me just tell you!!!!The best Ice Cream I have ever had...Simply, simply amazing. To make things even better,she then told me how it is all homemade..The Waffle bowl and all..Everything is made in house fresh..If you are in Winder and craving Ice Cream,I highly highly advise you to stop here and eat their Ice Cream. I assure you that you will not be disappointed at all..
