It was our first time going and we won’t be going back again. We waiting at the podium for 10 mins and two different workers walked right up to the podium, then just walked away. Neither could take the time to even acknowledge our party of 3. Then we finally got someone to take us to a table without explaining if he was our waiter or if someone else was. Takeout customer service was terrible. Ordered takeout twice previously. Both orders received were wrong. Today we thought we’d call in takeout one more time hoping for better results. The gentleman on the phone to taking our order (ID 09) was rude to both my husband an I. He deliberately hung up on my husband when my husband asked to speak to a manager. Said “no manager, bye” hung up. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!😡
