Never going again! Worst salad ever! Whole lettuce cores and brown lettuce! They warmed the deli ham and turkey and put it on top of the salad, then put a lid on it. It was wet with steam, wilted and cooked. So Gross! Asked for a refund and they said no manager there and they could not! Funny, manager is never there. Filed a complaint with corporate. No one gives a flip if I am out money or lunch either. Worst food and customer service! Never again!
We were there last night and the person working the register was far from friendly. When my husband handed him a $100 bill, he looked in his drawer and very cranking said “I don’t have change for that”. So as far as service I definitely wasn’t impressed. I guess that explains why the store was not busy.
Received a to go order with multiple pieces of hair in a sandwich. When I drove to the store and presented the sandwich with hair still all over it, I got no apology. Instead, the manager demanded a receipt, which I showed her. She then said she wouldn’t apologize because she knew the hair was planted in the sandwich. This much hair in a sandwich doesn’t happen by accident. Shame on them!
