Okay, so I’m usually not that person, but this is the second time that y’all have screwed up our order. Apparently checking the box for half cheese, half pepperoni, makes it too difficult to fill an order correctly. Our pizza is always on time and always hot, but for the love of God, pay attention to the dang orders! If I wanted all pepperoni, I would have ordered it that way! 😡
The young girl was rude, never smiled. Ask me to wait in the car so they could clean the lobby. I understand that but she said it in a rude way. I ordered a medium supreme and told me it would take 45 minutes. I waited 40 minutes and came back in and it took another 15 min and my pizza was sitting in the warmer the whole time I was standing there. When I got home the pizza was barely warm. I’ve had 3 delivery experiences with this store so far. Every time the pizza was really good and got here fast. That had NOT been my experience with other pizza huts.
