The absolute BEST Mexican restaurant! The food is delicious and the costumer service is incredible- thanks Jonny! Try the peach mojito š, you wonāt regret it.
This place is now called Mirandaās. Went for lunch today (Sunday) and it was very disappointing. I ordered a sweet tea and ACP with a side order of beans and got grilled chicken and beans. I told the waiter I wanted ACP and a side of beans and when he came back I just got the ACP. Not sure what was so hard about my order that they couldnāt get it right but I gave up and just kept the ACP. The food really wasnāt good and the sweet tea tasted sour. Definitely would not recommend and will not be going back. Iāll just stick to my regular spots. Also quite pricey for 2 people with no alcoholic drinks it was $40.00.
Johnny was on point and gave us great service! Food was tasty and quick to the table. Thank you we will be back for sure! Kids eat free on Sunday btw which is awesome!
Stopped by for an appetizer with my wife and was not disappointed!! The whole restaurant looks like it had a makeover!!! Server and manager were very friendly answered all questions we had about the menu. Next time I feel like having Mexican Iāll be coming here with the family!
Loved the El Potrillo Special and the Chicken Soup! If youāre vegetarian, they have some good options for you too. Also, there is an awesome cocktail selection!

THEY ALLOWED NOW A FULL BAR š»š» EVERYONE NEEDS THAT
This place is now Miranda's Mexican restaurant. It is new and improved under new ownership and a full bar you will like it very much and it's just right here in Winder.
I highly recommend El Potrillo Mexican Restaurant in Winder, GA. The culinary experience was phenomenal, and the atmosphere was outstanding, deserving a perfect rating. This exceptional experience has left an indelible mark, and I look forward to returning soon to relish more delectable dishes. Thank you, Marainda! I strongly recommend that everyone visit and extend their support to this remarkable restaurant, which has earned its place as my absolute favorite!
Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from this place completely. I was just up all night with the worst food poisoning Iāve ever had due to the food that was served at this restaurant. Very painful. That was the main reason for this review, otherwise I wouldnāt have left one. But the queso that was served was cold and liquidy- very thin. And they didnāt put jalapeƱos in it either. We asked them if they could warm it up and put jalepenosin it and they slightly warmed it up and brought us a plate of jalepeno slices in the side. The food tasted ok but I was not impressed. I truly believe they are not keeping up with the health standards and will look into requesting a health inspector go out to this restaurant again. If I could sue them for the amount of pain I just had to go through because of their food, I would do it in a heartbeat. Hopefully they go out of business, their parking lot is usually pretty empty and maybe there is a reason for that.
We ordered the beef soup; it was basically toilet bowl water. Flavorless, smelly and greasy. We wonāt ever visit this place again.

We were there on a Sunday afternoon. The salsa container had some dried salsa in it (like they just left it out in the open all night), the little bowl that you pour salsa into also had some white dried things in it. Our food was "meh". There are so many other Mexican restaurants in this area. There's even one on the other end of the shopping center. We won't be coming back.

Food was very good and arrived quickly. Similar in quality to most other Mexican restaurants. Salsa was a little runny and didn't have much heat. Otherwise, nice visit. We'll definitely be back.

Bizarre experience here. The waitress could not understand our simple order, the vegetarian combos were missing items (no chalupa on one, the "fajitas" was a plate of veggies with nothing else, not even tortillas).
After some clarification they brought the rice and beans and tortillas, and said all the fajitas come with the "salad" except the vegetarian fajitas.
Thoroughly disappointing.
Vegetarian options: The waitstaff and kitchen do not understand their own vegetarian options. I would not recommend for vegetarians.

The truth is that Mexican food is not even 20%
I don't know where the cook is from but he or she doesn't have Mexican flavor and it takes a long time for an order of two dishes taking into account that there were only 2 tables occupied
