When my daughter and I stopped for food towards the end of the evening, we noticed the cashier was by working to manage both drive and dine-in sides in the front of the house. She was very focused taking one order on each side at a time, to limit customers wait time as best as she could, while apologizing for any wait we had. Bravo. I have personally spoken with her managers as well. The team at this location is a good one and we appreciate you.

Zaxby’s offers excellent customer service and consistently serves fresh, hot food. The staff are friendly and attentive, making every visit enjoyable. Their flavorful chicken and sides are always prepared quickly without sacrificing quality. A great choice for a tasty meal and great service.

My children and I went here for lunch today. They were very busy but it took 25 minutes for us to get our food. Thats a long time for chicken fingers and fries. But it was hot and good when we got it!
