Recently we got Bub-Ba-Q to cater our company luncheon and their service was nothing short of amazing! A few things changed with our event at the last minute but Aldo was flexible and delivered exceptional food and service! I got the ribs and brisket plate and the brisket was ice cold and more the texture and taste of a chuck roast rather than brisket. It was stringy (shredded) but it was OK. The ribs were good, not meaty but the taste was decent. The collard greens had absolutely no flavor at all, extremely bland and had to soak in salt and hot pepper sauce. The baked beans were good but had a thick consistency that kind of threw me off.
