Ordered Togo. Honestly super disappointed. Use to love it here as a kid, and its been a while. Ordered some wings and they were rubbery, had hardly any sauce, and the chicken quality was awful, and it was very overpriced. What happened? Do they think people wont notice? No wonder these places are disappearing. The prob tell the shareholders its the atmosphere

Food was alright we got a lot of fries during lunch but service was slow and atmosphere was okay but nothing spectacular. The wings were dry so I had to get extre sauce.

I was door dashing and they sent my DoorDash order with someone who had the first order of two (understand it was a side ranch cup) for the same person. I walked in to pick it up and they told me that which now I have to wait to unassign from the order costing me more money.

Good sports bar. We like getting the wraps, salads, wings, chicken tenders, chips, and fries. We like sitting at the bar. Service is great and very attentive! Food is consistently good and makes for a great lunch spot.
Terrible customer service. Couldn't even handle a party of 10 on GRADUATION NIGHT! I guess there was no servers but it being GRADUATION NIGHT you'd think the manager would have been prepared. And hire/TRAIN hostess who know how to speak up. Eye contact and communication are 2 huge parts of customer service and if that's your job you shouldn't be scared to have your voice heard. 0/10

They changed the recipe on the dressings. They used to be amazing. Now the ranch and bleu cheese are thin and not flavored like they used to be. And the veggies we got were thin, sad, little carrots that weren't even the width of a pencil. Wings were great. But I was disappointed.

Food is good except they can not ever read or follow the directions in the notes. I select extra wet on the ordering section AND add in the notes to actually do the extra wet (per manager telling me to note it as well as select it)and never done correctly. Dry wings.
