Placed an order online for pick up. On e there at the drive thru it took awhile to be acknowledged. I then proceeded to the window where it took another 2 minutes to deliver my drink before the window was even opened. The drink was thrusted at me with no words. No thank you no here's your drink...nothing. I'll head back across the street to Starbucks from now on. They actually act like they want you there.
Super energetic and attentive staff. Every time I come here, they always ask if they can offer any recommendations and take the time to create customer connections while waiting for my drink at the window. The coffee is also always tasty, where as their competition across the street is always “hit or miss”.
I finally stopped and tried the coffee, as I was so excited that they opened one up on my route to work. I got the S’mores Mocha Blended coffee. It was really good! I also got the chorizo burrito and that was amazing, it was so hot and it has potatoes inside with the chorizo. I would return for the alone. I noticed I was shaking some, 3 hours later from the coffee and had to stop and eat again. Not something that normal happens from my other regular coffee spot.
