I’ve been coming to Century House in Woodstock for years, and I’ve never had a bad meal. Every visit has been consistently excellent, and in my opinion, it’s some of the best food you’ll find in Woodstock.
If you’ve never been here, you’re missing out. The burgers are hands down the best in town, and the grits are outstanding. Even the fries deserve recognition—they’re perfectly seasoned and easily hold their own against any restaurant around.
Century House continues to set the standard for great food, and I’ll definitely keep coming back.

Super cute restaurant! I tried to order the peach pancakes but was told they were out. Totally fine. But then the table next to us got peach pancakes despite the fact that they ordered after us. When told they were out of pancakes I ordered a waffle with a side of fruit that was an extra $8 and completely mush. Would have loved to come back for the atmosphere but this just irked me.

This is one of my absolute favorite places to go for a meal. I usually come in at lunchtime and sit at the bar for my meal and Heather is always on point! I have a particular mocktail that I like and after I told her the first time, she's never missed! I love everything that I've ever tried on their menu, some of my highlights are the brussel sprouts, the French dip and the shrimp po' boy. The rice bowl and the lettuce cups are also tops on my list. It's cozy, tucked into one of the historic homes around all the updated downtown where they've set up a nice courtyard with tables and chairs to enjoy watching the town drive by. My companion and I come in about once a week.

Wife and I had a night out and tired out Century House in Woodstock. Wow, the food was incredible. I had the blackened salmon and she had the short ribs. We also had the brownie dessert. It was to die for. Zoe was our waitress and she was awesome! We will be back!

we came here with over an hour until we had to be across the street for an appointment. we ordered our food almost immediately and then waited over an hour and didn’t receive it. we had to ask to have it put in to go boxes before we even got it and I had to leave the restaurant to make the appointment while my husband stayed behind to get the food. our waitress was sweet and nice to our baby daughter. the fish and chips were good. just overall disappointed by how long it took for a burger and some fish and chips.

The salmon was delicios, the fries absolutely amazing, and the pork belly grits very memorable. The brussels sprouts were very tasty and quite uniform (only a few undercooked ones) The short rib sandwich was delicious and the bread so aromatic but could have used extra horseradish sauce on the side. Will be back!.. though due to the prices probably not for a while. Will get the shrimp and grits plus chicken sandwich next time!

Not like it used to be. Waited 40-45 minutes to receive food. Pork chop came out not fully cooked, as it was raw in the center. We asked for medium well salmon and it came medium rare (also raw in the center). They said it would take 30 minutes to re-cook the pork chop so we got a sandwich… Also, the collard greens tasted like they were soaked in Texas Pete pepper sauce. Disappointing after waiting so long.
