Consistently terrible quality meat and rice is undercooked most times they were really great when they first opened but for the last year it has only drastically gone down hill

i dont know why they have a drive thru, i was waiting in the drive thru for 30min. i ordered my food ahead of time to avoid the wait and it took my whole lunch break just waiting for my food. once someone came to the window, it took another 20 min for them to bring my food out to me. bad service and burrito wasn’t that good either.

This was one of the best chipotle locations I have visited. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Would recommend to those who love chipotle!

Haven’t eaten inside, only been through drive-thru, but the online ordering through the app is easy and great. Food is usually ready when I get there and still hot when I get home. Don’t understand all the bad reviews. Food has always been decent portions and tastes great.

Very neat and tidy location. I saw the reviews and they don’t match at all. Customer service was so nice. The girl who made my order was very nice and helpful. I enjoyed my food and everything was clean and exceptional.

The chicken Bowl was so salty that ended up in trash can, ubereats on 11.21.25 around 8pm. Thank you

I waited at the drive thru window for 10 minutes and finally had to honk my horn to get someone to come to the window. They tried saying they didn’t have enough people, but the whole time I waited, they didn’t get a single customer and I was literally watching someone just wipe down the same area the whole entire time even though she could see me waiting by the window. Will not be back.

The rice was way underdone, it was like eating a bowl full of beads. I’ve noticed this Chipotle’s employees don’t great you when you come in and you stand there waiting till they finally decide to take your order. The icing on the cake for this visit was the manager yelling at her employees while the customers sat there awkwardly watching. If you live in Towne Lake just go to the Chipotle on 92, it’s MUCH better!

This place is so poorly managed it’s not funny. Flashing recessed lights all over the place like I’m in the subway. All the lemonades were empty, they were out of black beans, the pinto beans had a layer of something red and crusty growing on them. They skimped me on meat and overloaded me on rice. Then when it’s time to pay the system is down and we have to wait 15 mins watching our food get cold on the counter because they couldn’t accept money right then.

First two people on burrito line were rude and didn’t even respond when I asked them simple questions like “how’s your night going”. The girl at the register was very nice and respectful but the other two just rubbed me the wrong way, I hope they fix this issue.
