Quality customer service is hard to come by these days, but Heidi is a shinning star at this location. Always greets you with a smile and is friendly and efficient throughout the entire process.
I absolutely love this Smoothie King but the inconsistency really worries me. I have been ordering the exact same smoothie for the past three weeks( coffee high protein mocha with a full shot of pure recharge ) and all three times have gotten it different. The first time I ordered it was super rich and smooth with a dark color.The second time it was really light and soupy.I called to make sure it was the right order and they were nice enough to offer to remake it but I didn’t...read full review

The staff is wonderful especially the young man that works there in the am. He is the bomb! The customer service is A1. He knows my name (Candy), and he makes you feel at home. Not only that the place is clean, and the service is quick without a long wait. Also, this guy runs this place like a champ. Love ‘em. Go check them out. Plus, I love to see his smile in the am. I know I will have a good day after seeing him.
