You don't treat the food they're about to eat like it's dog food, or not even know what you're even serving people when asked. My husband and I walked in, no greeting or acknowledgment. We saw 3 employees, they didn’t say a word to us, just kept looking back at us while standing by the fryer and grill. The 3rd employee that had walked out just looked at us, left then came back out took a purell bottle off the counter looked at us and walked away. This was the weirdest 2 minutes of standing there so we left. I guess they aren’t serving food here or want to work or even acknowledge customers. What the heck is going on?

Ordered a kids meal with one of my orders... Rice, sofritas, and pico with soft tortillas.... They literally did not put the rice in there and only filled 2 of the slots in the kids container.. I honestly couldn't believe it. Didn't notice until I got home and the kid was hungry. I luckily had some rice on hand at home to make him, but having paid for a meal, I didn't expect to come home and have to cook to add to it. Just disappointing.

VERY rude. The woman making my food on the line seemed like she had absolutely no idea what she was doing. Granted she could be new so I’m not completely upset about that but the the cashier was a different story. She caught such an attitude with me for scanning for my points too early and had zero customer service. Also I had to ask for extra of everything because I got literally half a scoop of everything. The corn salsa tasted rotten and sour, the steak was dry and cold and my tortilla was hard and over cooked. Save yourself a trip and go to another location.
