The Townelake / Woodstock location has renewed my faith in Chipotle-
- Location
- Pick up lane
- quality and freshness of food
- TEAM- Travis especially! Always welcoming, good energy and just an all around good dude!
- Never run out of chips (some locations are ok with this for some odd reason..)
I enjoy this location 3-4 times per week and the consistency is ALWAYS there.
HIGHLY recommended and if you run into Travis- tell him Justin sent...read full review

Had a great experience at Chipotle! Brittney and Rhyan were both super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They provided great service, were patient, and made the whole experience enjoyable. The food was fresh and everything was prepared just the way I wanted. Definitely appreciate the great customer service from Brittney and Rhyan—I’ll definitely be back!
Great food lots of it!

Chipotle Mexican Grill provides a mixed experience. While some customers appreciate the great customer service, particularly noting friendly staff and a clean establishment, others have encountered unfriendly service with issues in order preparation. Some locations shine with outstanding customer service, serving fresh and correct orders. The crew came thru and orders can be loaded, with food that tastes fresh even later in the evening. However, there are reports of inconsistent service, with some staff being rude and not responding to customers, which can rub people the wrong way. Overall, Chipotle Mexican Grill remains a reliable option, though service quality can vary significantly.
