ChrisAlly Events and Party Rental

Renting from this company was a great experience. In the beginning, there was a little mishap On their part, but they quickly admitted the problem and corrected it. They are very strict about the use of their chairs and compliance with the contract. But this is the reason their chairs look nice and not beat up. We had to rent 50 chairs from another rental company Who were not nearly as strict about their chairs and theirs didn’t look nearly as good as Chrisally. They were willing to work with us when there was a threat of rain on the day of the wedding and brought the chairs at a later time in the day. Communication was excellent! They do what they say they will do. Delivery time was well informed and very prompt! Thanks, Chrisally for a great experience!

Christy Events was easy to work with and picking up and dropping off was very easy. We rented high top tables and it was exactly what we needed.

I was looking for a waterslide inflatable for my daughter’s graduation party. Even with being graduation weekend and Memorial Day weekend. It was a heroic weekend, but ChrisAlly provided a wonderful service! They came and set up early and then picked it back up on time. I didn’t even know they were there or was there. I would definitely use them again and would recommend!! They are a great company and have great products.

I had an excellent experience with Chrisally for my baby shower table and chair rental. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, and the pickup and drop-off process was incredibly convenient and hassle-free.

The tables and chairs were clean, sturdy, and in excellent condition, which helped make our event look beautiful and run smoothly.

I highly recommend Chrisally for anyone planning an event. I will definitely use them again!

Overall great experience. Had some issues ordering, in terms of delivery area/fees & being redirected to order online a few times which ultimately led to us having to order directly with them..

Good communication, delivery guys had a little bit of a language barrier which made it hard to communicate on the phone but they delivered on time & did a good job with set up & take down.

Would use them again!

I’m coming back to update what originally started out as a negative review to completely flip my opinion of this company. Immediately following a poor review I left primarily due to non-responsiveness, I heard from the owner. He was very candid with me, explaining what happened with a new hire who was struggling with training and an unexpected system failure that led to them not getting my messages. Sometimes things are beyond our control and they handled the follow up so professionally and with full transparency in their explanation that I ended up using them and everything worked out FANTASTIC from that point on. I’d definitely use this company again!

Chairs and tables were available for pick up on time. They were in great condition. Drop off pick up was easy. Best prices around town!
