At Dunkin', the service can vary. Gigi stands out for her welcoming attitude. The coffee quality is consistent, and the manager is kind. Some employees struggle with order accuracy and speed, leading to delays and mistakes. This location needs to keep whoever made this Matcha; perfect color, perfect taste, perfect consistency. The staff is always friendly, and the coffee is always really good. Customers love getting their sesame toasted bagels here. This is a favorite Dunkin' store, worth the drive. However, about half the time they are either out of something, or it takes awhile at the drive-through. One time a customer had to pull to the window to get someone's attention. There is way too much ice in the iced drinks. Despite occasional errors, Dunkin' remains a go-to spot for well-made coffee and a friendly atmosphere.
