Bro, what is this 😭 the cookies are actually the same cookies you get from Publix. Straight up, same mixture, same taste, but 10x the cost! Do not reccomend!

I ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday and while the employees were nice and did a good job decorating it, the cake was super thin. We have gotten cakes from different locations many times over the years and they were great and twice as thick. To pay $47 for the cake and it be so thin was disappointing. We will not be purchasing cakes from this location again.

Ordered on DoorDash and my items were thrown into a bag then smooshed into a tiny box. I was also given the wrong item when it came to my cookies. When I tried calling the store to update them on the issue they wouldn’t answer. I did contact DoorDash to resolve the issue but this is unacceptable in general.

I just love Jada. She brings so much sunshine to this store!!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your establishment. On this occasion, I observed three young men behind the counter engaging in conversations that I found to be unprofessional and inappropriate, particularly in their discussion of other customers and their interactions with women. After waiting for over five minutes, I was eventually addressed by one of the individuals, who appeared dismissive. I chose to decline service and exit the store. This is not an isolated incident, as I have encountered similar issues when only young men are present. I am concerned about the quality of service and the conduct of some employees. I would like to commend Jada, whose professionalism and exceptional customer service are noteworthy. Her respectful demeanor and genuine interactions with customers are a significant asset to your brand. The other female employees also provide excellent service.

I ordered a custom cookie cake for my daughter's birthday and Lauren did an AMAZING job! Super easy process and it came out even better than I was anticipating!

My son is a huge Clone Wars fan. I texted them a picture of his favorite character and they did an amazing job and super fast too! Ordered on Sunday and it was ready on Monday. My son was thrilled! Above and beyond.

Ordered four different cookie sandwiches and Jasmin was very helpful!
Staff was amazing, the store was charming too.

I bought some cookies like I always do when I come to the outlets and am typically served by Jasmine, she's such a sweetheart and is almost the main reason why we come in besides the cookies lol. My family and I love this store and as long as Jasmine is there, we'll keep being repeat customers ❤️

Jasmine was very customer oriented. I enjoyed meeting her and the cookies were even better from buying from her with great customer service. She needs a promotion. Just a great employee overall.

Lauren was extremely accommodating! I had a change in my day and called a few hours before my scheduled pick-up time to check on the status of my order. Lauren immediately offered to have it ready in 30 minutes. Your willingness to help did not go unnoticed.
