Made a mistake on reading the menu the chef saw my expression on how I reacted when I received it and he asked what’s wrong then he explained that’s a different item on the menu but would be happy to take it back and make what I came to eat. Very polite extraordinary customer service. Even asked to be charged for the mistake he said don’t worry I got you and came out in five mins ?????

Ordered a small beer and received a big one. Wanted flour tortillas got corn, the queso was good, but they served it in the dish they microwaved it in and had a bunch of hard burnt cheese by the microwave on it.
Everything was good though.

I've been here a few times before, always good. But my last visit was amazing. The two types of salsa they bring are good. Chips are good. Rice is very good. And the Carnitas were wow!
Prices have gone up, much like other places. But I would also say this place is a little more high-end than standard Mexican places.

Order #75846 not a good experience the choripollo chicken was pounded to death and overcooked ! The chorizo dip came 15 min after entree and was extended w water or milk as it was soup consistency even after it got cold - then the to go enchiladas for our daughter took 30 min after check and table was cleared - did talk to manager as we left who said kitchen was slow - manager should have been expediting on line to help / I’m sorry for review as I have frequented and liked your restaurant hope you address constructive criticism - on a positive

Tried Hacienda for the first time today - put in a togo order for 3! All of us really enjoyed our food, and the horchatas were fantastic! When you walk in, there is a little gift shop, some claw machine and sticker games - just an overall nice atmosphere! Everyone was very kind and nice. Big portions. Will absolutely eat here again!

The prices are overpriced, I think the service is understaffed, the food is of very good quality, variety of options but each price is greater than 15 dollars

Hacienda Vieja, Woodstock, GA. Week 7 of 52, "New Restaurant Each Week Challenge."
Verdict, 3 out of 5 stars. L liked the chicken fajitas and refried beans. I didn't much like the fajitas, but beans and rice were good. Our new friends at the bar there say they have the best margaritas in town, however.

Absolutely hidden gem of a place. We’ve only ever ordered the la parilla fajitas and love them to death. They easily feed 4 people.
