Wilted if not rotten lettuce on sandwich and salad, stale croutons. Been here several times and always good food, but this was horrible! Increased costs, decreased quality and quantity.

This is my first time going to the store and I just needed a few slices of ham. George the Manager couldn’t be more helpful and courteous. I witnessed a very rude lady attacking him verbally about coupons. She couldn’t use coupons she found on the Internet. George handles himself like a true professional.
George politely explained that the only coupons they accept are the ones directly from honeybaked ham company and there are a lot of fake ones out there. She was very challenging and obviously looking for something for free I have 39 years as a Flight Attendant and I was so impressed with his customer service skills.
Thank you for your professionalism and I will definitely be back to the store.

I visited 12/5 for lunch and paid with a gift card, Hailey greeted me promptly and after ordering the turkey bacon ranch meal they realized they just ran out of bacon. They made a fresh batch of bacon and I was on my way, I’ll be back. They’re usually always courteous and clean.

We spent $58.00 on half of a turkey breast. My wife and I are very disappointed. There is no taste to it what so ever. My wife said she would rather have cranberry sauce and our box dressing sandwiche.

We love coming in here for lunch as it's become one of our favorites. The food and service are always on point. The atmosphere is very relaxing and provides an enjoyable experience. The staff is very friendly and are always pleasant to talk to when coming in for lunch. I would highly recommend coming in for a visit if you haven't tried it before.

My family placed an order for a whole Turkey for Thanksgiving. We were told over the phone that our order is guaranteed and that payment is not necessary until pick-up. We arrived first thing in the morning on the 26 to pick up the order. Unfortunately, we were told that what we had ordered is out of stock. We provided the confirmation # and order name, and are told that our order was not guaranteed because it was not prepaid. This was surprising because multiple times when I called I asked if payment over-the-phone was necessary and whether our order was guaranteed. I was assured that payment can be made at pickup and that my order is guaranteed. When I arrived to pick up the order, I was told that “This happens every year.” Seems like it can easily be avoided by clearly communicating with customers. Incredibly frustrating given that we have family visiting from out of the country and had made specific plans that have now fallen through. I will not return in the future.

I went to this location last week and the staff have nasty attitudes. I ordered ham classic sandwich, a chicken salad sandwich, and chips. The ham was brown, old, smelled spoiled, and the tuna wasn’t put on grain bread. I also told them that their jalapeño chips in the basket were expired and they didn’t even take them out of the basket. They are selling old spoiled meat, and expired potato chips to customers which is unacceptable! When I asked for my money back the dark skinned girl with the nappy ponytail got an attitude with me. This is the worse honey baked ham location that, I’ve ever been to in Georgia.

This location is always super clean and the staff is very friendly. I love that I can order online and stop by and pick it up. I also like to run in and buy sliced ham by the pound for sandwiches.

Just ok. Service upon arrival was stellar. Very attentive and pleasant and explained everything. Once ordering we hit a wall. Requested some extra pickles and got 4. Stated multiple times to go and was repeatedly asked. Was asked if I was a rewards member and I said no but would like to be and was told “you do that later” and then never signed me up. Meat was a bit dry. Potatoes salad was way sweeter than expected. Mac n cheese was awesome but for $4 I expected a full container. A for effort. Very clean and nice store.
