Stopped tonight after finishing up some work! Sign on door said open until 9 I showed at 8:50 no big deal. Apparently they were ready to close early and was obviously upset I was hungry. I made my order very simple didn’t order the cheesesteak I was craving because they were cleaning grill already. Ordered turkey and cheese times two that upset them because they had everything put up apparently. Now because I am a regular customer which greatly enjoys an over priced sandwich and choose this place to spend my money. I will now order cheese steaks at night just because yall do not appreciate business. Very sad how they hate the jobs they have. See you soon. Being a vegetarian I hardly eat at Jersey Mike's as they use the same slicer for both meats and cheeses. We were visiting the area and I was starving and they offered to clean the slicer for me to make a sandwich!!! You all are so thoughtful and fed me a delicious sandwich. I didn't have to get hangry! I paid $40 for Jersey Mike’s on Uber Eats and BOTH sandwiches were made wrong. That’s ridiculous. For the amount of money they charge, the least they can do is get the order right. Total waste of time and money.

The blond, tall guy that was singing was really friendly. His customer service is exceptional and he bring so much positive energy to my drab evening. I was fumbling my order but he was patient and asked questions. The food was hot and tasty, definitely satisfied my Philly craving.

Terrible customer service. I ordered 3 sandwiches and paid for them. They forgot to put my sandwich in my bag. I left and didn’t realize till I was back at my hotel (30 mins away). When I called, they told me to come get it and they have a policy to not refund in-store orders if “I” forgot my sandwich. Why hand me my bag if the order wasn’t complete? Terrible….

This sub spot!!! SO good!! It has completely made me decide to switch from a well-known sub competitor to a loyal Jersey Mike's customer. The place was clean, well-lit and had a great atmosphere. The staff were kind and welcoming. The sandwhich was DELICIOUS and made exactly how I ordered it. I have a slight allergy to tomato and the staff double-checked for me to make sure they got it right (there were no tomatos!). They were all around so nice and the food was excellent. This will be my new sub spot from now on.
Every time I try to come here an hour and a half or less before they close they are already closed. I've walked in here 2 times in the past month an hour before closing and they are already closed even with the door still being opened and they turned me away. I think it's super unprofessional and I don't think it's too much to ask to just be open the full hours when you close at 9... other places stay open til midnight or later and are there the whole time.

I purposely avoid this location because the employees are so rude. Always addressing everyone as boss and chief. Not greeting customers when they come in or leave and just being generally unpleasant. The place is not kept clean. They don’t make the sandwiches with any care at all. There is always some girl passed out on the table. I have been driving an extra 15 minutes away to go to another location. After not going to this location for sometime I thought maybe the employees had changed or it would be different this time. Immediately upon not being greeted while walking in the employee says just so you know we’re out of white American cheese. I said are you serious? And he said I wouldn’t kid around about that boss. It is always something with this place and 100% of the time I’ve gone there I’ve left in a bad mood because of the experience. Get new employees or avoid this location at all cost. You will see from other reviews on Google many other customers feel the same way. These people have no clue about customer service.
