This sub spot!!! SO good!! It has completely made me decide to switch from a well-known sub competitor to a loyal Jersey Mike's customer. The place was clean, well-lit and had a great atmosphere. The staff were kind and welcoming. The sandwhich was DELICIOUS and made exactly how I ordered it. I have a slight allergy to tomato and the staff double-checked for me to make sure they got it right (there were no tomatos!). They were all around so nice and the food was excellent. This will be my new sub spot from now on.

Every time I try to come here an hour and a half or less before they close they are already closed. I've walked in here 2 times in the past month an hour before closing and they are already closed even with the door still being opened and they turned me away. I think it's super unprofessional and I don't think it's too much to ask to just be open the full hours when you close at 9... other places stay open til midnight or later and are there the whole time.

I purposely avoid this location because the employees are so rude. Always addressing everyone as boss and chief. Not greeting customers when they come in or leave and just being generally unpleasant. The place is not kept clean. They don’t make the sandwiches with any care at all. There is always some girl passed out on the table. I have been driving an extra 15 minutes away to go to another location. After not going to this location for sometime I thought maybe the employees had changed or it would be different this time. Immediately upon not being greeted while walking in the employee says just so you know we’re out of white American cheese. I said are you serious? And he said I wouldn’t kid around about that boss. It is always something with this place and 100% of the time I’ve gone there I’ve left in a bad mood because of the experience. Get new employees or avoid this location at all cost. You will see from other reviews on Google many other customers feel the same way. These people have no clue about customer service.

We went to this particular Jersey Mike’s around 840p, when they close at 9p. There was a young lady helping us and preparing our meals. She has a septum piercing & gauges in her ears. When we came in, she did not speak, she was slamming things around, slamming refrigerator doors, throwing bags, throwing bread around, made a comment about how she had “already cleaned” everything needed in order to prepare what we asked for, and had a VERY nasty attitude! There were also 2 other employees working at the time who were both very helpful — we do not fault them.
She, however, made me feel very uncomfortable.

Oof. Awful customer service. ZERO of the 3 employees present had an ounce of enthusiasm or welcoming vibes whatsoever. When I'm paying almost $20 for a sandwich it would be really cool to have someone that at least cared to take my order correctly or make eye contact. The lack of communication was super annoying and unprofessional. There are plenty of other places that make a good sub. Won't be back.

This place consistently uses old bread for their hot subs – disgusting, and cheating customers by doing this. Every time I order from other locations the bread is fresh. Avoid!

Will not be coming back. This was the second time I’ve come to this location and the older manager has the worst attitude and is so unkind. I end up leaving unhappy. I don’t even want my sandwich, and I love sandwiches lolI feel incredibly sorry for the two younger boys working there they are so nice! It doesn’t look like an healthy work environment for them. Until management changes I will not be coming back to this location.
