I had a bad experience today with employee by the name of Eli. He was unprofessional, rude, was rushing me to look at my food, rushing me to swipe my card, and talked crazy to me. He kept wiping his nose which was very unsanitary and he had a very nasty attitude. I will never go to this location again.
I placed a $67 dollar order and one of the pizzas that was delivered was the wrong pizza. I called Marcos to let them know and the girl that answered the phone ask me if I would like a credit or have the correct pizza delivered. I chose to have the correct pizza delivered. She called me back 3 minutes later and said that she spoke to her manager and he told her they could not re deliver the correct pizza that they would issue a credit.
