Food is aweful. Used to be good, but has gone down hill! Chicken tenders are always over cooked and dry. Fries are so greasy that they aren't edible! Yuk to this food. I go to Guthrie's now instead. Food is 100% better there!

The Holly Springs Zaxby's continues to disappoint. Check your order before you drive off they consistently get it wrong. The portions have gotten smaller especially zalads as the costs go up. The wing counts are are usually short. Only reason I do continue to go is for convenience but I am trying to make that not happen as much as we used to frequent this business.

Food oil was watered down this evening. Chicken fingers and fries were not crispy, just a soggy mess. Not worth the time to drive back to Z. Seems this franchisee owner just does not care about his restaurants anymore. In fact he should sell them to another franchsiee that is more hands on and takes pride of ownership...
