“This zaxbys is unlike any other zaxbys I've been to. The customer service was incredible and special thanks to whoever Ace is. He was so kind and willing to help with anything that i needed, even asking more than once at times. His generosity really influenced me to not be such a cruel person in society. Ive learned my lesson and his sweet and kind heart changed me forever. I will never forget zaxbys humility and generosity. Thank you for changing my life and making my tongue experience the exotic flavors of America. And a special thanks to john fantastique, creator of zaxbys“

“I would love to have the recipe for the chicken. It is the best.😋“

“It’s Chick-fil-A of course it’s great!!!“

“Awesome and efficient service!“

“Today, I took my kids to Chick-fil-A Towne Lake to pick up a quick lunch, while we were out running errands. We ordered through the app, for curbside pickup. Our order was delivered quickly & the staff member who brought it to us was friendly, as they always are. When we got home & opened the bag, I realized that there were 2 chicken sandwiches in there, instead of the 2 nuggets that I ordered. My order has never been wrong from this location (or any other CFA) & that’s a miracle b/c we hit this place up at least twice a week on average! 😂🐷🤷🏻‍♀️ Understanding that mistakes happen, although CFA rarely makes a mistake, I called to see if I could come back & exchange the 2 sandwiches for nuggets (my kids won’t eat the Lord’s chicken sandwiches 🤦🏻‍♀️). Scott, the operator of this location, answered & told me that he would bring the nuggets to my house! Shocked, I told him that I really didn’t mind coming back, but he insisted & arrived at my front door 5min later with a huge smile & a bag of nuggets for my kids, along with a little extra treat 🍪 for them. Thanks, Scott & CFA Towne Lake for the great food & excellent customer service! 🙏🏻“

“So this is a repeat visit. I was given a replacement meal from another location where sand & grit was in my pasta salad. I'm happy to say, no problems this time. I think the wait is long considering everything is pre-made. If also prefer a break on price instead of the number of logos for a fancy presentation. That's just me.“

“Fine people, fine food…satisfying experience!“

“Best place to go! I always enjoy coming here while I’m in town visiting family. ❤️❤️“

“Absolutely the best food ive had in a long time. Got the pretzel bun bacon chicken sandwich put ranch and buffalo sauce. I could literally taste the smoke in the bacon. 10 of 10 recommended“

“Stopped in for a quick bite yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. Brian helped us and was very nice. As we sat down we noticed how clean and put together the place was. Brian brought our food and everything was fresh and hot. He even got our refills for us without having to ask. We listened as he helped people in the drive thru and gave everyone the same respect and patience, even when a young child placed their own order. The whole experience was better than in most casual dining restaurants now days. Ignore the people saying it’s dirty or whatever, I have never seen a fast food spot so clean.“

“My family went to zaxbys to place an order and ask the staff for extra ketchup packets because of my special needs boy only eats ketchup from zaxbys!! Kassidy got a bag and put a bunch of ketchup packets on it and give it to us. We wanted to pay for it but she just asked us it if was enough! We did order food but they would not take extra payment for ketchup! They went above and beyond to make sure my son had extra ketchup to take to school and his dinner for the next month. I will never forget that ketchup gesture! As small as it is… it meant the world to a special boy. Thank you Kassidy“

“This Zaxby’s is always great. The food is always perfect and the service is fast and friendly. Stopping by for a salad through the drive-thru after visiting the gym next door was always so convenient and quick. I stopped in today for a drink and the employee who helped me was so nice and helpful. Great work! Highly recommended!“

“I ate here for the first time last Friday with my daughter. it was so good I went back Saturday!!! Its like a mix between Zaxbys and God's chicken over at ChikFilA. I would lrefer Guthrie's over both now!!“

“I have always had a great experience at this location. I love the question of the day and wait time.“

“Actually tried the pineapple pomegranate lemonade and it was actually great The spicy biscuit with honey on top is definitely my favorite but I would love to know where the spicy nuggets are you got regular nuggets and grilled nuggets but not spicy nuggets“

“love this location! today they were so busy because 3 people did not show up for work but they were still polite and getting everything done! very impressed“

“I mean, it's Chick-fil-A, what more needs to be said? The food is reliable, delicious and relatively nutritious for fast food! The staff is consistently excellent and the number of people they managed to process is nothing short of amazing. Love it“

“Tristan was absolutely amazing!!! He is very quick and efficient, he has great customer service and is very kind when taking orders, asks if we want extras, etc. He is running around cleaning the lobby, pulling out booths, thoroughly sweeping and cleaning the areas. I love to see this as I was a manager myself. He definitely deserves recognition, if not a raise. He is absolutely working his butt off.“

“I honestly rarely make reviews, however this has been on my mind since I received my food today. I online order my food and pick it up through the drive thru some days after work and I have always had such kind employees. Today, September 27th, I went around 12:30pm through the drive thru and I had one of the sweetest girls hand me my food. She was such a light and so kind. I know it’s small but I hope she gets recognized for making people’s day. I really appreciated her.“
