Thank you for making my son’s day special! Ron and the team were great!
I think this restaurant is good its run of the mill fast food obviously, but I also just really like zaxbys.
Thank you Damion and Preston! Seems to me a car broke down in drive thru. The workers tn were quick to give people their food. It was raining and Damion did a wonderful job to handle the inconvenience

Zaxby’s Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is a consistently good restaurant with friendly and fast service. Customers appreciate the quality of the food, noting that their meals are always perfect. The drive-thru is convenient for quick stops, such as grabbing a salad after a workout or a drink for a quick refresh. The store is generally clean and well-maintained, contributing to a positive dining experience. Management and staff are recognized for their efforts, with some reviews highlighting that the employees are caring and attentive. On one occasion, a customer had a good experience with attentive service, and another mentioned that the staff did their best despite language barriers. The menu includes favorites like the loaded fries with Zac sauce, though some reviews mention that the fries can be over-seasoned and the sauce overpowering. Customers also enjoy the cookies, which are always fresh. While most experiences are positive, there was a rare incident where a customer felt unwell after a delivery, though it was an isolated case. Overall, Zaxby’s is a recommended spot for tasty chicken meals and quick service.
