I come to this McDonald’s most of the time because the staff is always so friendly, and it’s overall the cleanest nearby! I have left a recent good review on Google, but today felt another one needed to be left. The lady manager (wish I could remember her name) made it a point to chat with my 2.5 year old for a minute, and gave her a happy meal toy while we waited for our food since it was busy. Ordered ahead on the app. Sat in the parking lot for 10 min after confirming we arrived. My husband finally went inside where he had to wait 5 more minutes before anyone even came to the counter. We were told they only had 3 people working. Someone finally came to help and said he never saw the ticket print for curbside. Or they gave our order to the wrong person. Ordered a spicy chicken wrap and it was raw inside…I only swallowed one bite but I’m hoping I don’t get ill . No one answers their phone!!!!!!!!
