I wish I could give zero stars. Waited over 40 minutes with the place empty for two cheeseburgers and a medium fry. Served my friend next to me and all the workers just walking around doing nothing. Lazy pure laziness. Awful attitude of the middle age blonde woman. They all had attitudes and were screaming at each other the whole time. I get this is McDonald’s but this is very poor service. The workers were clocking out in my face, looked at me knowing I don’t have my food yet and walked off.

I came in with five kids from 12-1 years old to play on the gym. The place was empty and clean. Staff was so nice, offering to bring refill for drinks and even giving toys to my kids. They all smiled and talked to my kids as they passed. I really appreciated all they did. The little gestures meant a lot.

To start with, it was Christmas Eve at about 630 at night. So I expected it to be busier because they were the only thing open. Only the drive through was open. We ordered 4 basic combat meals and we were in line and the drive through for about 40 minutes.The food when we got it was cold and ice had melted in the drinks. Again I understand they were the only thing open and we were glad they were there and the people working seemed very happy and nice and pleasant, but 40 minutes for a few cheeseburgers and fries is extreme.

I eat/drink here several times a week. Staff is always super nice even when busy. Staff even fixed the frappe machine one day (a week or so ago) instead of just telling me it wasn't available. Drive thru spilled our fries in front of me as they were trying to hand them to me, and then looked at me and asked if I wanted them to get me new fries or not. I said yes, of course some of those just spilled and are dirty, and they said one minute and then came back and handed me a half empty thing of fries. I asked, are these new fries because they’re half empty, and they looked at me like I was crazy.

Me and my friend called to order on the phone actual food like chicken nuggets and fries for our little siblings because they were hungry reminded their 7 years old so when we called a man then told us to shut the fuck up and called up a dumbass then hung up on the phone before we could order the drinks we then called again and it was the man again and then threatened to send the police to our house.
