Second time going to this location and love the ease of using the drive thru. I know it may seem senseless to leave a review for a drive thru experience, however when you go thru a drive thru and they never mess up your order, I feel it deserves a review. So thank you for the great service.

I come here a lot, it’s on my way home from work, so often right before closing. This is the nicest, most respectful, group of young adults, I’ve encountered in fast food. The service is always top notch, the food is great, but more importantly, the staff are something to really be proud of. If you are the parents of these employees, you should be really proud. One night I was having a very hard evening, and a random act of kindness from these kids, really helped me. So I’ve been a customer long before that, but it really just made me appreciate this place that much more. The food is typically good at Zaxbys but it does have a lot of gluten like other restaurants. My biggest complaint is that they charge for every single thing! It’s ridiculous.

the guy working the night shift locked the doors 30 minutes early and worker had an attitude :) food was good tho
Zaxby's is a tough call. The portions are generous, but the prices are not fast food level. The strips tend to be a bit greasy, and they are nuclear fision hot when you get them, so they take the skin off the roof of your mouth. In general, the price to value is just not there.

First time going to this Zaxby's. Went specifically for the Chicken Philly.Look at the impeccable caramelization on the green pepper; the perfect crisp-meets-soft on the onion; the delicate but copious cheese swirling amidst the tender and succulent perfectly fried chicken. The bun, toasted, ever-so-slightly, just enough to keep the juicy contents contained, wrapped within like the wings of an Angel. Affix thine eyes on the playful little red peppers, fire-roasted, and peeking out, as if to say, "I'm here for you." The delicate outer shell of the bun, breaking free with each bite, giving way to a symphony of meat and cheese.Absolutely divine. Highly recommended.10/10

Have had too many mixed visits to this place to offer a higher rating. I've finally decided to review now that I've had too many similar problems. Very simple order: Big Zax Snack Meal. I ordered two of them and upgraded one of them to a large fry. Not only did they give me the normal amount of fries for both meals but they didn't include the toast on one of the meals. They also didn't give me the sauces I requested. This is the kind of issue you can regularly expect at this location. The staff are nice enough but their ability to meet the order that was placed is a complete coin toss.
Great Cobb Salad. Just wish it didn't cost $11.00
