There was nobody in the store besides me and the staff so I decided to try the cafe. I walked up and ordered and the employee said she wanted to finish weighing and stripping the kale, so I waited. I ordered and paid then went a got a few items and checked out up front for those and then waited a very long time before getting my sandwich I went and waited on the side so I could see back into the kitchen and she was working on the greens and then started my sandwich shortly after seeing me. She said sorry about that as she handed it to me. I said thanks and left. I think it’s is so rude to make a customer wait especially when you can just start the panini and then jump back to the task. I’ll never get more than raw milk from here again🙁

The customer service at this place is on another level. The workers here are amazing, I came in with health questions and they answered everything they could and the ones they couldn’t, they found out for me. I was astonished and have never seen employees genuinely care like this. They made me feel better and I am so grateful.
Also, I should mention the prices and the selection in this store was excellent, they had products that I couldn’t find anywhere else. So glad I found this place.

They have local, pasture raised eggs and raw goat/cow milk. The deli has fresh salads, prepared foods, smoothies/juices, as well as food made to order. The woman working the counter is really nice. They have a good selection of vitamins.Very reasonable prices.Support local businesses.

There's all kinds of fresh healthy food in this wonderful market whether it's vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, Keto or just a whole food.There's a mini Cafe in the store with amazing, delicious food including some of my favorites—their bone broth soup, scrumptious and healthy avocado turkey sandwich, a Valentine's Day vegan heart-shaped cookie, their smash cookie with healthy "M&Ms"/chocolate candies and a hint of coconut flavor) and this delicious pumpkin pie smoothie in they have in the Autumn. This wonderful store is definitely one of Towne Lake's treasures ❤?????.
