Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Good chain, a lot of people rag on Popeyes but I guess I'm just lucky, this place has given me good service via drive thru and dine in whenever I'm on my lunch break. I usually go between 10am-3pm with no problems that last 5-8 times I've been.

Seems like Popeyes is always out of something on my order. Not just Woodstock but the 2 in Alpharetta also. Not just a matter of waiting every time either. Now I just expect it so don't go as much.

Service is absolutely embarrassing sat in there for 20 minutes because they didn’t have chicken ready. 15 minutes later I go up to the counter and ask how much longer and she somehow forgot the whole interaction we had and said that they just dropped more chicken. While I was the only person sitting in the store. Whole crew was unprofessional.

Went at 1pm sat waiting at the drive through line for 10 minutes(there were no other cars in the drive through). Asked them how much longer it was gonna take and they didn’t answer, went to chick fil a, they had 15 cars in the drive through and got me through in 2 minutes. Honestly not even mad just impressed with cfa lol

From the look of the surveys, I don’t think you guys care at all about your customer experience. Prince a gentleman that called him himself the manager was extremely rude. After they got my order wrong, I had to return back to the store. He didn’t care to apologize or do anything for the inconvenience. The food was also cold very disappointing. Go to raising Cane‘s across the street.

I did have to wait a hot minute for my food, BUT, the lovely cashier warned me of the wait before I ordered, and kept me in the loop as I waited. And, they hooked me up with some sides I hadn't tried at Popeyes before. I'm definitely impressed with the customer service both employees I spoke with showed. Thank you! 🖤

Went through drive-thru so I can’t rate the atmosphere. I mainly care about the food and it was great. The service was fine.

We ordered our $20 meal family meal a six piece buffalo wing and the six piece wasn’t as crispy as it should have been but we left the drive-through and realized there were no drums in our $20 meal and we waited too long to get our drums that were missing I will never go back. The service is not good at all on the food.

Pulled up to the speaker. Was told its gonna be a 40 minute wait on basically anything. They had to thaw out chicken first. What kind of chicken place doesn't have chicken smfh

At the drive through I had asked for 2 specific parts of the chicken. ( 2 legs and a breast). But what was in the box was 1 leg, a wing and a breast. SoI drove back around to the window to have the order corrected. The server took the meal from me never apologized for the mix up or if they didn't have the pieces that I asked for. When they returned I was given the original wrong order back plus and extra piece of chicken. A little bit of communication would have went a long way. Not planning on visiting this location again.

Been there twice and the two ladies that worked there were the nastiest I have ever encountered at any restaurant. Who ever owns this Popeyes needs to read the reviews and make changes by firing the nasty women. Won’t ever be back.

Communicated to 2 associates here that I didn’t want any chicken breast, upon opening my box they gave me all chicken breast. And no straws for our drinks, they all need to be retrained on customer satisfaction.

I know that it's tough out there and most of these restaurants are understaffed and I do not blame the staff for that. Some people are throwing shade at this Popeyes but I always get excellent service there. I think they are fantastic and doing the best they can under some less than ideal circumstances. Thank you

I have only gone here 3 times in the past year and All Three Times, I am missing an item. I didn't know it was so hard to read a receipt and put the item in the bag, like come on.

Edit: Changed from 1 star to 3 because the next day, they gave me my missing items when I stopped by.
