Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

This establishment has exceedingly disappointed me EVERY SINGLE TIME I come . Terrible service, terrible management. Terrible employees and terrible food. DO NOT COME HERE!!! I went through the drive through today and got two Caniac combos. Drove 20 mins home and realized they only put one in the bag. Drove 20 mins back to canes to get both orders remade.because after 40 mins obviously the food got cold. They never once apologized. Everyone was laughing in the window. And they didn’t even remake my cold order. The manager looked like he just smoked a cart and came to the window lost as hell. Terrible experience. Go to Zaxbys instead.

Always Delicious! 🤤😋

I’ve been to this location a few times: when they opened (madhouse), and typically every 4-5 months. This time felt different. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with compassion, my order taken quickly. And, before I could pay, my order was sitting on the counter piping hot.

Absolutely incredibly quick, friendly service. The tenders were crispy and juicy, toast was fluffy, and the fries salty and the perfect balance between crispy and fluffy. Only complaint is that canes doesn’t season their chicken, it’s kinda bland without the sauce.

Great job to the team, and especially the gentleman working the register in the red shirt. He ran a tight ship, and everyone did such an amazing job.

I went there and had a coupon for a free chicken, tender kids meal. The manager was supposed to take the coupon off the bottom of the page and give me back the rest. I told the employee that at the drive-through they ignored me and threw away the whole thing. It was a certificate for a child going to vacation Bible school and now I don’t have it I will not go back to this particular, raising Cane‘s again.

Honestly the food is good.
I prefer Canes over a lot of chicken places.
But also….they REALLY need to clean out whatever they are keeping their tea in. It tastes like mold and has the last two times I’ve been there (months in between)

My kids love this place

Food was excellent, service was superb, the sweet tea was so good I drank a cup full and had to go to the ladies room before we headed back home to Murphy, NC. While walking up to the restroom, I was confused with the unisex bathrooms
First door was locked went to the second door and it was showing as vacant. So I barged right on in on the manager taking a 💩. Yep, never locked the door, he had just went by our table and asked if everything was okay. Ummmm, not any more. I'm scared for life, I don't know who was embarrassed the most. I had to leave after that and just waited till I got home. 🤦 I'll never forget this visit that's for sure.

I absolutely love this Raising Cane's on Highway 92! The chicken is always hot, fresh, and cooked to perfection, and you can never get enough of that iconic Cane's Sauce.
Even during busy times, the staff is incredibly patient, friendly, and efficient. The drive-thru moves quickly, and the restaurant is consistently clean and welcoming. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the Woodstock area!

I don't understand the hype. I have been twice now. I had a work meeting there today and Both times the chicken has had ZERO taste. But the service and atmosphere are off the charts good.
