Very disappointed with my experience here. I found a hair baked into my pizza and called the restaurant simply asking for them to remake it. I wasn’t even asking for a refund at first, just a replacement for an obviously contaminated order. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they gave me a hard time and refused to remake it or refund me over the phone.
They then made me bring the pizza back into the store just to prove there was hair in it before they would even consider giving me a credit. The whole process was frustrating, embarrassing, and handled very poorly. Mistakes happen, but customer service and accountability matter, and this place completely dropped the ball.
I won’t be returning after how this situation was handled.

Been around here for a long time, gotta say it really tastes homely. Pizza sandwiches and the pasta dishes are probably my favorite things off the menu and what I'm rating off of. Their meatballs and meat sauce are different from the red sauce, as it's more brothy but it's still incredibly delicious.
Never been disappointed, and still happy with the food + service years later 👍.

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years, although it’s been about 6 months. Usually the experience is great. This time the food was the worst! I’m sorry to say. What a disappointment. We ordered the eggplant parmigiana, the food was mostly loaded down with cheese, overpowering and overpriced. Salad was great. Then my grandson and I ordered a large pizza. The crust was hard like a brick and the sauce was dried out with a speck of cheese. My son did like his turkey special. What happened to this place?? This was our favorite place to go? $75 later and a $10 tip in the jar was such a waste. We took a to go box and we ended up throwing it in the trash outside their door. The pizza went in the our garbage before we entered our home. Maybe I would give this one more time for a sandwich, can’t go wrong there. I wish I would’ve said something now… the owner is great and because of him I’m writing this, he can speak to the cooks. 😞

Undeniably, the best local italian restaurant in Woodstock or Cherokee county. Locally owned and operated, the family is from Naples Italy. Also one of the very few places that has not only a cauliflower crust, but a true keto cauliflower crust pizza. I cannot say enough.Good things about this restaurant. Go visit Gino, Pasqualeli, and the rest of the gang for the best italian you will find outside of italy.

Wow, if I could leave 10 stars I would. Such good pizza and service! I got the garlic knots, pepperoni pizza, and pizza sandwich and all were so good and for the price , okg amazing. Large pizza for hardly $20. Absolutely will be back
Ordered a large cheese with sausage and it was delicious. It took me back to Brooklyn NY. Best pizza I have had in Georgia. You need to taste for yourself!!!
