I was in the area and was searching what was near by and found this place. Never even been to a golf course but ate by one lol. The wings were delicious and fries seasoned well. The cocktails are affordable too! My server was very nice .

not a regular restaurant atmosphere. more of a country club gathering place with food. unless you live in this neighborhood, I dont recommend traveling here for a meal. go to downtown woodstock or even chilis down the road instead

I have been there quite a few times and have always had a great experience. I went yesterday with my parents, it was their first time. Molly our server was amazing! I had the buffalo chicken wrap with sweet potato fries. It was very good. The wrap came with ranch and the fries came with a sauce that was so good. It was sweet but tasty. My mom had the southwest salad w grilled chicken and my dad had the BLT w coleslaw. They both enjoyed their lunch very much.

Ordered a bacon hamburger, they put cheese on it. The bacon literally was not cooked for even a minute it was raw. I'm not even picky about bacon almost any bacon is good bacon too crispy a little undercooked this bacon was possibly raw.

We had an awesome Brunch at The Tavern at Townlake today. The eggs Benedict was perfect! The Town Laker was amazing and Kolton was an awesome and informative server. He went over what offerings they have other days of the week. We will be back. And who cannot love the view. Also pet friendly outside.

My wife and I went there this wkend to try something new…. Very odd location when thinking of a “Tavern” especially in Woodstock! Pulling in we thought we were headed to the wrong place. When we got there I double checked address and it was exact. There is no signage letting you know it’s the restaurant but you can tell by the address you’re at the correct location! It’s nice tucked away almost unnoticed but gives the Country Club Vibe 100%… cart paths leading to and away from it and golfers drinking like it’s their home away from home literally! It’s def a regulars bar but don’t shy away if you’re not! We weren’t looked upon as less than at all just served promptly and efficiently! Entrees were blahhh I got the burger which was cooked perfectly but lacked in seasoning…. Fries were great! Salad is a salad on my wife’s behalf. The one thing I will say was on point is the spinach artichoke dip! Add queso for $3 not a bad deal…. Just wish the chips were more plentiful and also not a Christmas mix color as there is no need especially for presentation purposes. I’m a former KM and if I were serving this I’d just provide normal tortilla chips and include some flour tortillas for dipping and garnish with so parsley for color, the red and green chips are unnecessary! Overall I’d rate it 6/10….

Food quality- 7/10 due to lack of seasoning and chips
Atmosphere - 6/10 due to feeling overwhelmed by golfers and regulars all over the place… maybe it’s different when you go at a later time
Service- 10/10 server was on top of our drinks making sure we were filled and food came out promptly and hot…. Over all I’d give it another shot but may try ordering something different next time but would stick with the spin dip as it was delicious!

Very disappointed! The $14 Cobb Salad had Smokey flavored IMITATION BACON BITS on it instead of real bacon. They didn’t even use real bacon bits…At least use the real bacon ones. RUINED the salad! All I could taste was the Smokey flavor, it was horrible! The blue cheese dressing was totally tasteless, pretty much tasted like I had poured milk on my salad. C’mon…for $14 that was ridiculous!!!

We visited this restaurant for the first time, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. My dad is disabled, and accessibility is important to us. Upon arrival, there was no host or signage indicating where to go. When we asked the bartender, we were told that tables were first come, first served. We grabbed a table inside while my dad waited outside for an outdoor spot.

Inside, it was loud and messy, and it took a while before anyone came to clean the table or take our order. As they were wiping the table, my dad signaled that an outdoor table was available, so we moved. My mom informed the waitress, but instead of acknowledging us, she seemed annoyed.

After about 10 minutes, another waitress with short brown hair approached and told us we needed to move because someone had been waiting an hour for that table. There was no waitlist, no system in place, and no staff informing us of any rules. When I explained that my dad is disabled and was struggling with mobility, she was dismissive and insisted we leave the table without any consideration.

We had heard great things about this place, but with staff being unhelpful and rude, we won’t be returning. Better organization and a more accommodating attitude toward customers, especially those with disabilities, would make a huge difference.
