“I recently hosted a rehearsal dinner for 50 people at Tuscany Italian Restaurant. The food was delicious. The service was superb --- courteous, prompt, inconspicuous, accommodating, very congenial. One would have thought they were serving their own friends and family.“

“Stumbled upon this spot while in the area. I'm so glad I did. It has an open inviting dining space and friendly atmosphere. The food was delicious and hit the spot. I ordered the biscuit with fried chicken, goat cheese, and pepper jelly. The pepper jelly gave it just the right amount of kick! I also got a vanilla maple latte which was one of the best coffee drinks I've had in a long time.“

“Always a good, pet-friendly visit when in the area. I am one to always try a brew only on-tap at the brewery. If you are into fatty brisket, check out the barbecue place upstairs. While the smoke ring doesn't go deep, it has a great bark and the fat melts.“

“You don’t even need to read my review to know it was good. My receipt literally had Chinese on it, and they had their kids doing homework in the back. I ordered the Hunan Beef with fried rice, and it came with an egg roll and egg drop soup. The portion size was nice and big. I walked in and got my order within about 8 minutes of placing it.“

The service is quite efficient, but the seating capacity is limited. They only have a 2 or 3 tables outside. Which is not a big deal for most people, because they take it to go and enjoy their mexican food at their house where they can be messy anyway.“

“Salt Factory in downtown Woodstock has been one of those places I've kept coming back to over the years. It's a solid restaurant and bar, and I've known quite a few bartenders and servers there during the last five or so years. What really keeps it on my list, though, is Leigha behind the bar. Leigha makes a great Old Fashioned, but it's more than just the drinks. Leigha has a way of making the bar feel comfortable and familiar, like catching up with a neighbor rather than just ordering another round. The conversation is always easy, never forced, and it's one of the main reasons my friends and I choose Salt when we're deciding where to go downtown. We usually check to see if she's working before making plans. That says a lot. Downtown Woodstock has plenty of good spots, but Leigha is a big reason Salt continues to stand out for us.“

At first I didn't even know they were there,.... It's a part of the Shell gas station, but on the far side.
They have a few tables inside and a covered area outside for dining.
Expensive tea that is not even handmade.
Good was pretty alright.“

Today at lunch I felt we kept getting skipped and had to ask for updates... just on drinks. Then my daughter was the one who's drink was not delivered and it took like 10 minutes to get hers. “This being my first time at Izumi, I was very impressed. A co-worker suggested that I try them for lunch today. I ordered the Drunken Tiger, the Ocean Roll, and a hot tea. The service was fantastic, both the host and server were friendly and had welcoming smiles. I recieved my food in a timely manner and took the suggestions for dishes. They did NOT disappoint! Both of my dishes were delicious. The fish was fresh and the flavors were to die for. I asked for my check early; as I have a brief break. My server offered me some fresh tea to go as I left; which was very much appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I will be returning.“

“This my favorite Chinese food restaurant in the area. I have usually get my food to go. I usually get Ckicken Lo Mein and Pot Stickers/Dumplings(steamed). The food is excellent and always hot in tempature. I don't ever have to ask where is the meat for any of their dishes because there is always more then enough. I have nothing bad to say about Golden House.“

“Semi-early morning at IHOP. I had crepes (lemon ricotta with mixed berries). It was very tasty, my friend had blue berry pancakes. We both finished off our entire breakfast. I almost forgot we started off with the cinnamon dippers, also yummy. Service was fast, and food came out SUPER fast.“

“Whenever I crave red meat, Longhorn is my restaurant of choice so I’ve been to plenty of Longhorns in various states, and last night I was deeply impressed with how the hostess (the tall one) handled the crowd last night. I saw the parking lot was full on a Thursday night so I called ahead to know if the wait was going to be long so I can go somewhere else since I had a very productive day and I was hungry, but the hostess was so efficient and organized that I barely waited 10 minutes. My waitress and the store manager were all very helpful but the way the hostess was running things in the front, she was on it. She was a great first impression and I see leadership potential in her if that’s her desire.“
