“Every time I’m in a new area, I refuse to eat big chain restaurants, and I’m so happy I have that rule because this place is phenomenal! I don’t know what kind of vinaigrette they have but even the salads are out of this world and the lamb sandwich is a must get for your first token experience!! The food came out as fast as the service AND it was still hot by the time I got back to the apartment! Both gentlemen there were super kind and on point, the one taking my order gave me a good laugh too! Five stars is genuinely not enough 100/10 🙌 also the to tzatziki sauce is clearly in-house made be sure to get one“

My husband loved his yellow curry with chicken. Supporting local restaurants in Dunwoody like Simply Thai is so important for the community. Plus, it’s amazing. The chef trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Chicago.“

“Listen everyone, they have the best staff EVER! I would like to thank them all, but most all, a special thanks to Andy. I came to the Grecian Dunwoody one day to pick up an order for my husband and was in a joking move that day. So, I said to Andy (worker) after placing my order. "I do not have any $$ to pay for it. Do you know this "outstanding young man" had sympathy for me and pulled out his personal credit card and offer to pay for my order. Ahhhh. I could have cried. WHO DOES THIS? Andy does this! I wish, I wish we had more workers like Andy in these fast-food places, not to pay for the customer's order, but just an overall, great young fellow, humble, caring and I hope when I go back that he still there, just to say thanks for being a GREAT Person & Worker at Grecian Gyro Dunwoody. “We did pickup and the service was fast, our order was accurate and wow, the food was so good! Lamb Kabobs and lamb Coconut Curry. Will try a couple more things soon!“

“I went to Joey D’s today for lunch specifically for the crab claws. They are one of the best appetizers on the menu. I sat outside in their welcoming patio area because it was empty. I ended up sitting outside for about 15 mins without being greeted by my waiter. That was frustrating due to my extreme hunger at the moment. I went inside and kindly told the hostess that I haven’t been seen yet and would like to order. Immediately, a young lady named Katlyn came out. She apologized and explained that there was a mix up and that she will be taking care of me. I was instantly satisfied and gave her my order. The manager Eric greeted me with my drink order which was a custom made peach margarita. This was the best margarita I’ve ever had in my life. So good I started thinking about how good life is while sipping it. I highly recommend this drink and restaurant. Welcoming atmosphere great hospitality and delicious food. I will be back!“

“For a local, casual, family restaurant Nai Thai nailed it. From the minute we walked it until the minute we walked out it was lovely. Staff was adorable and the food was terrific. We had the pork/shrimp dumplings, the egg rolls, pad Thai and drunken noodles and it was all excellent. Cocktails were generous and tasty. Can’t wait to go again. 🍎“

Langua taco was very good. Al pastor wasn't my favorite, but was pretty good, which is the main reason for losing a star for me (as al pastor is a go-to). IMO the quesadilla could have more cheese, but that's a personal preference.“

“Went here for lunch and were told to pick our own seats since the place was pretty empty. Server was prompt and attentive. I ordered the fish and chips and my boyfriend got the bangers and mash. The fish tasted like frozen fish sticks and fell away from the breading immediately. Chips were pretty good. The bangers looked like they had been rolling around in a hot dog roller all day and were very shriveled and tough on the outside. Mashed potatoes and gravy were pretty good. Overall it was a pleasant place to hang out and we had no problems with service, but the food is not great. Might be better for just getting a beer or two.“

“Milano Pizza is the best pizza spot in the area. Not only is the pizza great the prices are good and the history is even better. On my first visit 2 years I got a chance to talk to the owner for a little bit while I was waiting for my pizza to get ready and I immediately fell in deep like. I enjoyed the stories and interaction but came for the pizza and it did not disappoint. Whenever I am in Dunwoody and want pizza this is my go to even if I have drive a little further. It's an old place and it feels suspended in time for a good reason and I hope it never changes. As far as the rude customer service the owners have earned whatever mood they choose for the day, order the pizza, pay for the pizza and go on about your day.“

“I did a takeout order, but the atmosphere seemed very cozy and private. BUT, I have multiple food allergies AND IBS. Google AI said that the Asian Cafe was known for being more than happy to accommodate my needs.

What impressed me the MOST was that I called hours ahead of time, explained how picky everything had to be prepared, but then got her name (Luna) and said that I would call her back after my appointment. I did call back, asked directly for her, and she repeated my order back to me. Now that’s awesome customer service and understanding! She had saved it, most likely not expecting me to actually call back. The food was prepared EXACTLY, it was faster than I could get there, and I have enough food for at LEAST two meals. It’s pricey, but well worth it!

It has multiple options from Thai to more traditional Chinese dishes, and tons of sushi options. Their appetizer selections are amazing, as well, but unfortunately I can’t eat much of it right now, but a big thumbs up 👍✅!“

“We have searched the area for a reasonably priced Chinese restaurant since we moved here in early 2025. This is it! The food has been great, the service is perfect for takeout and it is convenient. The only problem is the Publix customers monopolizing all the parking.“

“This is absolutely my favorite place in Perimeter Mall. Food is always delicious, hot and fresh. I typically get jalapeno chicken or shrimp mixed with charbroiled chicken to cut the heat from the jalapenos. Paired with sweet potatoes and the mixed zucchini, cabbage, green bean offering and it never disappoints! The jalapeno juice mixes with the sweet potato juice and it's fire! The meat is always juicy, well seasoned - hot, and tasty. I love the simple flavor of the sweet potatoes, just potatoes, sugar and a little cinnamon. The veggie mix is better than any of the individual veggies I've tried here. Tender, flavorful and never over salted. I found what I like from this place and I don't typically switch it up but I have in the past tried some of their other offerings, such as the lo mein noodles, broccoli , green beans, and Mac and cheese. All were good but nothing like my usual. If this weren't so far I'd eat here a few times a week.“
