I love some soft pretzels with cheese and mini makes them even more delicious, unfortunately these just didn't hit the spot :( cold and burnt :( still obviously ate them but they were just okay. Will try again in the future!

The employees there were of great service. But on the other hand, store manager is a very rude and inconsiderate person. Oh if you go there, you'll see who I mean. It's very obvious. Lady with tattoos in buttoned shirt. I was in the middle of my transaction with one of the employees and she just stepped out, not saying excuse me. Just went on break while I was in the middle of the transaction. The counter they have is their gate. So, she moved the gate open and i was still paying for my order. I was the ONLY customer and she had to step out. Couldnt wait 5 minutes for me to step out. I was really mad. Another visit, she yelled at her employees and I witnessed it. I have a management job and if I treated people like that I would be fired. That's no way to treat anyone if you're management. People take advantage of their manager positions. If they dont like their job then leave.

Free pretzel in Aiea, O'ahu, Hawaii...Every Tuesday, customers of T-Mobile get offers on the T-Mobile Tuesdays app - and this week, it was a free pretzel from Auntie Anne's with a purchase of a drink or pretzel item.I chose the Pearlridge Mall location because I thought that it would be less crowded than the Ala Moana Center location. Pearlridge Mall also has free parking and great air conditioning!Service was exceptional because the cashier was so patient and helpful. I told her that I had a free pretzel offer and she guided me smoothly through the process. She knew exactly how to redeem the offer! I decided to get the Pretzel Mini Dogs. They were little hot dogs wrapped in a pretzel blanket. Of course, I ate my free, hot, soft pretzel as I strolled through the mall. Yum yum! The crispy outer layer had sprinkles of rock salt. It was a wonderful snack!I'll be back if I'm in the area and am hungry again!

I wanted to get a bucket mini pretzels but to my surprise it just seems your mini hot dogs just came out of oven,no,reg,mini pretzels,no pepperoni,3 employees. Customer before me had to wait 5 minutes due to no $1 bills in register does your cashier know register etiquette?..So I believe shift supervisor should hustle on rolling dough when a line is forming but due to the fact of low products you lost alot of customers I believe there is a system of procedure of running out pretzels when to start making more I think next time I'll just drive to Kahala the employees there are always on point...I visited your location on Monday,dec52022 @ 6-615pm..very

Hubby, daughter and I came here for snacks. Hubby shared half of a cinnamon and sugar pretzel. My daughter got the jalapeno pretzel. She enjoyed her pretzel. I definitely loved my cinnamon sugar pretzel. It was piping hot which I like hot off the oven. I can taste the butter from the pretzel and then sugar and cinnamon all in one bite. This was so good. I enjoyed every bite of my freshly made pretzel. Inside was small but enough room for around 8 people. They sell drinks as well and other pretzels like hot dog pretzels and different kinds. I would definitely come back again if I was craving a pretzel. Very buttery and moist if made fresh.

FOOD POISONING! Do NOT purchase the cheese, it's 5 months past the expiration date! The pretzels were over cooked/burnt. We got 2 cheeses and I was the only one to eat the one cheese and it was BAD. FOOD POISONING! Look at the expiration date. February? 5 months?! Seriously?! And I wouldn't have posted a review or even knew if I didn't get so SICK! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I swear, now a days there's no customer service! They want more money but not willing to work for it! My daughter wanted a blue vanilla Icee - simple enough right?! The machine wasn't spitting out the Icee properly, it's spitting out in bouts of liquid form and we can see it happening as it was in front of us! Finally the girl ask if we wanted another flavor, sure we'll try the strawberry (it happens right, it's not the girl's fault it's spitting out liquid). What I didn't like is that she then went to use the same cup half-filled with liquid blue vanilla Icee and proceed to add the strawberry?! Common sense would make you throw that first cup and get a new one right?! She then gave it to me and ask me, "This is ok?" I said "No!" with not so subtle irritation in my voice. She got a new cup and gave it to us - more like slide it to us and turn her back and just walk away! No "sorry about that", nothing! Jeez, I know it's only an Icee but common where is the customer service? Was I asking too much of you? If you were the one ordering, will you serve yourself a liquid Icee mixed with a different flavor?! Managers, you guys need to start teaching your staff some manners and attitude adjustment!

I got a free garlic and Parmesan cheese pretzel here for my birthday reward via the auntie Annie's app. I'm so grateful the pretzel was free but it was horrible. Very hard and although nice and warm it just was poor quality. To describe it best, my jaw hurt trying to chew the pretzel. I'm not sure if they changed the mixture of the dough but too hard and not good. I have an extra star because the employee was friendly. I don't recommend auntie Annie's. Go to pretzel maker instead, much softer and fresher tasting pretzels.

I don't always go here, but when I have a hankering for pretzel and hotdogs, Auntie Annie's is my go to place! It's the perfect go to place if you're looking for a quick bite to eat, and something cool and refreshing.During this visit I got the mini pretzel hot dogs. Comes in a cup with 10 bite size pieces, and can be ordered on its own or as a meal with a beverage. You can also add on a dipping sauce for only 79¢. Definitely goes great with the cheese dipping sauce.For me, instead of ordering it as a meal, I decided to try their peach lemonade, and it was very delicious. It almost reminded me of a peach gummy with li hung mui (if you're local, you know what I'm talking about).The cool part is that they have an app where you can order ahead, and they also accept Apple Pay at the register. A great way to support technology, especially during these times where contactless is best.Five stars based on experience, new beverage flavor, and the support of technology!
